Oh my, I don't even know where to start,, Patty the office assistant for the dental office..Is such a great worker she is great ..She gave me all the information I needed. She was very clear and patient with us She should be an example to everyone out there who works with the public...

I like it here. The receptionist was beyond kind, as well as the technician who took care of helping me find glasses. She was very fun, and easy to talk to. Although the wait for my appointment was a little longer than I expected, my glasses are the right prescription.

The staff is friendly and caring. Having issues with your eyes can be scary. Dr Grayson and the staff here are the best.

I had a very uncomfortable and unprofessional experience here. I originally came in to pick up my contacts, but it took about 20–30 minutes just for anyone to acknowledge me or help me. I was sitting there waiting while staff continued having a personal conversation with someone who did not appear to be in line or waiting for service. I eventually had to get up and alert them that I needed help. While I was there, I was persuaded to get an eye exam. During the exam, the doctor made me feel extremely uncomfortable. Instead of focusing on my eyes and explaining my prescription or exam results, he kept making inappropriate comments about a female staff member. He repeatedly compared me to her, made comments about her appearance, and said things that felt sexual and unprofessional. I came in for an eye exam, not to hear a doctor comment on a staff member’s body or attractiveness. He also kept trying to involve the front desk staff member or assistant in parts of my exam in a way that made me uncomfortable. I had to clearly say that I did not want the desk staff doing my eye exam and that I was there to be seen by the doctor. At the end of the visit, the doctor did not explain my prescription, tell me much about my eye health, or print out my prescription. He simply walked out. I had to go to the front desk and ask for my prescription information myself. Thankfully, the front desk staff member printed it for me. This was not my first uncomfortable experience here. During a previous visit, a staff member tried to charge me for contact lens training even though I repeatedly explained that I already knew how to put in contacts. I felt like my contacts were being withheld unless I agreed to pay for a lesson I did not need. Overall, this office has felt unprofessional more than once. I did not feel respected, informed, or comfortable as a patient.

I’ve been going to Williams for years! The Williams family is professional, patient and provide a wide array of frames and other services for all of your eye care needs! I love their selection and the staff is so incredible that I look forward to my annual screening and frame selection! Would highly recommend!

Every year I realise how lucky I am to find this place for my glasses and contacts! Cannot praise enough for the eye doctor and front office staff, everyone os so helpful patient and courteous! Specifically thanks Stephanie for helping us both today!

Dr Salib and his team are very thorough and knowledgeable. They explain everything and take the time to make sure I have a good understanding of any procedures and all the results of tests. They are always patient with all my questions and I feel very respected. The staff are outstanding and I am always impressed with the professionalism of every single member of the team!

I had a great experience seeing Dr. Tran at Dallas Eyes Now. The office was busy with a lot of patients, but I’ve never felt rushed at any time. She took her time with me through the entire process, was very patient with me during the eye exam with and without my contact lens, she discussed with me several treatment options that we may need to consider in the future in terms of my eyes, and was overall thorough, and answered every one of my questions. We even looked at photos of my retina and optic nerve, which I have never been done before at any other eye doctor. I would definitely recommend Dr. Tran to anyone who needs an eye exam!! The bonus was how helpful Miss Ella was at the front desk! She was kind to every patient and multi-tasked phenomenally!

Frankie and Taylor are amazing! I came asking if they had any accessories for my Oakley’s. My nose piece had fallen off on the left side awhile back ago. I have been searching everywhere for quite some time. They were able to find a pair in gray for me AND at no charge! I was so happy to wear my favorite pair of sunglasses again! Thank you guys so much!
