Could not have asked for a better customer experience. From Grecia who helped me pick out the frames and options, to Guy who had to re-do my whole order the next day due to my insurance issue, to Christina and Crystal who helped with my pickup and final processing, what a great team. This was my second major eyeglass purchase from Eyeglass World, and I will definitely be back again!

When your heart rate monitor for a OBGYN fetus checkup visit machine doesn't work, wouldn't you switch to a different machine that works? Instead they go off by what they got, send you to a hospital just to be told everything is fine, they are a waste of time just like they're phone calls they always be reminding you or scheduling or confirming or whatever the case just to get a dollar from people.Check your equipment.

All the staff here are friendly, helpful and efficient. Never have to wait too long to be seen by someone. Dr. Joshua Bruhn, in urgent care is an excellent doctor. He is not only extremely knowledgeable, but truly cares about getting to the root cause of whatever is ailing you. Family Health Center's is truly fortunate to have a doctor like Dr. Bruhn.

They rejected me at their urgent care because I had an appointment at another facility in three days. I told them I wanted to be seen sooner because I didn't feel good. Lady said no, I am canceling your visit today. They simply don't care about you or you well-being.

I’ve purchased lenses and frames here several times and just received amazing customer care again. The Frames/Lenses I purchased 4 months prior were accidentally scratched by my children. I brought them in expecting to buy new lenses which aren’t cheap. I was well taken care of and paid a small portion of the overall price to replace! Thank you and will be back! Highly recommended!

They had Amazing customer service at this location. Everybody I came in contact with was happy, friendly and super helpful..I was there last appointment ,but you could never tell they treated me like they had all the time in the world. I was super tired from work ,but Brenda made everything comfortable and easy ,She went above and beyond to make my experience an amazing one. Elias did an amazing job as well making the whole process an easy one. I'm very grateful to you both and will definitely recommend to family and friends. Very great customer service, every time i come i always get taken care of, employees do the most to help you out, offering some of their best deals and making you feel as if you are a star customer. Noor was amazing!! I was in and out of the store in less than 10 minutes AND I had three kids with me. She assisted me with kindness and helped me with replacing my son’s broken glasses! Thank you Noor I will be coming back!

The folks working here are amazing! I especially appreciate Charlese for making sure my glasses were fixed and ready to wear! They have been so helpful when I’ve had issues with my glasses and have gone out of their way to make sure I am taken care of! Highly recommend!

This store has employees that are very personable. The manger is great, he was easy to work with, and Jenna Parsons well I must say seems to be an amazing gal. I bought 2 pairs of glasses and when one did not fit me correctly, but the other one was perfect she worked hard to help me. The ones I liked apparently were being discontinued, and since I wanted a pair that was not identical to my first pair, we worked it out. I left, and she called every store around the USA to see if any store had it. A Stanton Optical in New York had the frame and she had it sent to the Santee Ca. store, end of story I have 2 pair of glasses that fit great. Thank You Jenna
