Azul Vision Downey is the epitome of professionalism. They weave patient care and efficiency into a wonderful tapestry of service. I am sincerely impressed with their overall presentation.

My service was two months ago- The optometrist - Diep was very friendly and thorough. She answered my questions and gave me great recommendations. I don' t know if the front office was not having a good day but the girl who did my intake was short and rude when I asked for an explanation on the type of exam I was getting. When I arrived the receptionist just stared at me without even greeting and I waited for about an hour after my appointment to be taken in and the group after me was let in first. The office it self is very neat and modern and it's located in a center right behind La Barca.

Super annoying! I’ve been a client of Downey eye care since 2015!!! And called today prior to arriving to ask if they can get me a trial for daily disposable contacts and they said yes and would set them aside for me. I drove one hour to get there before they closed just so that they can tell me that they all of a sudden can’t give me a trial! Aside it being a complete waste of time, and LUCY giving false information and being negligent when I arrived - the manager also did nothing to remedy the issue! Only if I ordered $400 worth or contacts would she be able to give me a trial pair. ridiculous! Safe to say they lost a long time client!

What I experienced was outstanding service and the staff was very helpful and polite 5 ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

I would not recommend this doctor for young kids. It states he sees kids 6 years old but during my sons exam he tells me “this is why I don’t want to see young kids anymore.” I felt it was the rudest thing a doctor can tell a mother.

Dr. Trinh is truly amazing! She really knows what she is talking about when it comes to eye care. They are always so accommodating and really take the time to listen to concerns and explain everything. Her front staff is amazing as well. They answer all your questions and concerns and always have our insurance coverages printed out and ready to show what is covered and what isn't so there are no surprises. The office is clean and well maintained. I will keep coming here as long as I can!

Dr. Trinh has been my doctor for 5 years now. Can I just say that my eyes have never felt better! She’s always putting your health first with her recommendations. She always has availability for her patients. She’s the greatest. All the staff make you feel comfortable and give you upfront quotes/pricing. Overall a great experience. I highly recommend Downey Family Eye Care for your optometrist needs.

Downey Family Eye Care is the BEST! The office is always clean & smells good. They play the best music that helps me relax. Dr. Trinh is very nice & explains everything through the process in terms that I understand. The front ladies were very helpful and patient when helping me pick out my glasses. I LOVE Downey Family Eye Care!

Great service! I came in for glasses repair for my lenses that fell out and Lenalyn (not sure if I spelt her name correctly) took care of me right away. She made sure everything was adjusted and even cleaned my glasses.
