I've been going to VisionOne for almost 2 years. I use to go to Lenscrafters till I search for a new eye doctor and found this place. I've always felt satisfied knowing they'll always take care of me. Great customer service! The doc and the staff are super friendly. They make sure to take the time to listen to what you like for your eyes and suggest the time of needs that would work for you.

I was seeing Dr. Jona Johnson every two weeks to get my eyelashes plucked for several months. She was very understanding, very friendly, and great at her job. They were able to get me scheduled quickly and recommended future treatment without pressure. Highly recommend!

I was very impressed with the quality of care in this office. Dr Eason was recommended to me by a friend. He is very thorough, very professional, and kind. His office staff are courteous, kind, and professional, as well. There is a very positive atmosphere in this office. If you are looking for a great ophthalmologist, I highly recommend Dr. Eason

I had a very disappointing experience at Century Eye Care. They do not seem to prioritize patients with disabilities, and the wait times are unreasonably long—over two hours in my case. It feels like their focus is more on generating revenue than providing quality care. I would not recommend this place.

I came here because they have same day appointments all day long that you can schedule online. They just opened here last week and it is pretty wonderful. Great location next to the Olive Garden and the FedEx in the old Kinkos building. Staff was incredibly welcoming and made a point to try to remember my name. This is a little different than a typical eye exam- the eye doctor is controlling the machine thru a telehealth device. I found the experience to be even nicer than standard eye exams because I don't need any extra health screening in my eyes currently. They stack discounts on discounts and I got 2 pairs of mid-level frames and lenses AND eye exam for $199. My spouse got a similar deal this week with upgrades for $190. If you shop the cheapest deals they have, you can get 2 pairs and an exam for $95. It may be a little different after opening week. The wait time for your glasses is 7-10 business days. They had hundreds of choices. Definitely will be back and recommending to others.

I have never in my life have had a pair of glasses made in 9 minutes!!!!! Now that's how you do business! Another satisfied new customer here! I'm locked in with you all forever. The service alone was amazing and worth going back for. Thank you so much for your amazing service! I don't care what anyone says. This is the go to place when it comes to glasses. Oh! The prices alone caught me by surprise because of the quality of the glasses.

Had to clean my own equipment during the dot check. The eye patch cover wasn’t clean, had to clean it myself. Few months ago called for a refill on my medication, on follow up and went unanswered. The outgoing receptionist was load (very loud) communicating my personal business to the waiting area with customers easing their head’s due to her loud speaking. Wasn’t worth the $300 plus spent.

Love it have been with them since 6 years ago love them always so helpfull when I need a fix

Just ordered my and my husbands glasses today. After years of wearing glasses the Dr here explained the anomaly he saw in a way that was educational and understandable. He was great. In the store front we were helped by Heather and Joe. Both were friendly, informative and very helpful in choosing the best glasses for us and ensuring we got great quality frames and lenses.
