A good place overall, doctors and front office staff are friendly, thought they do seem pretty busy and at times hard to get in for an appointment. Good selection of frames, though a bit overpriced I feel. Good thing I have insurance. Parking is not too bad and compared to most of San Francisco it is quite excellent.

Very good location for your everything optical. Karen, I really like her business personality and friendly attitude. She seems very nice and understanding. She listens (VERY important) and answers everything in great detail.

Dr. Michael Chin is patient, quick with answers, professional and very knowledgeable. His staff is always efficient, friendly and well trained. Our family had 3 appointments within days of each other and the service is always the same-excellent. This is our new “go to” place.

Absolutely my new regular eye doctor. Appointment was quick, doc was professional and personable. I have an unusually high prescription and he made a point of looking around to find me a pair of trial contacts to wear out that day (no other eye Doc has ever been able to find me contacts for both eyes without ordering them specially so I was very pleasantly surprised)!

Dr Thack and her staff were very patient, attentive, experienced. I felt very welcomed & was taken care of quickly. She was very thorough and informative. Her staff, even though were busy, took care of me diligently. I will recommend Dr Toan Thach & her staff to anyone. Will return for all my optical needs.

Don't waste your time here. Very disorganized. They lost my prescription. Eye doctors are like used cars sales men. They even try to sell you eye drops as part of a "dr. Prescription "

Don’t waste your time and money in this palace.

If you have a high glasses prescription want to get a medical necessity contact lens, I will avoid this place！ I should have been qualified for medical necessity for contact lens due to my high glasses prescription. However when they ran my insurance and said I was not qualified for it. I had to pay the eye prescription check up fee. So I decided to go to different clinics to see if my prescription would qualify for medical necessity for contact lens through my insurance, then two other clinics both said I should have been qualified and were able to offer me medical necessity contact lens for free.

Dr. Holland and the staff are very friendly and helpful. I am so relieved to have found a good Dr. for my daughter and I. See you in a few weeks to pick up my daughters glasses and my contact lenses. 😊 …
