The staff are friendly and professional. There are many affordable and designer styles to choose from. Cameron assisted us today, and he looked for additional ways to make today's purchases affordable. I highly recommend Dr. Thach and his team.

Dr. Chan and his staff are the most caring and accommodating. I reached out through the website on a weekend evening and requested an emergency visit. The staff got back to me within 30 minutes and set up a visit early in the morning outside their normal working hours. That alone should show how much they care about their patients. Dr. Chan, wearing a smile all the time, greeted me as there was no one in the office. He's the kindest most caring and most patient doctor you could ask for. He reassuringly went through the symptoms with me and explained in layman's terms what might have happened and how he would narrow down the possibilities. All of this was interspersed by pleasant chats about our personal lives. The visit concluded with clear findings and a treatment that addressed my emergency. 100% recommended. I'll be a returning patient. Thank you Dr. Chan and staff!

I was runninng late and could not meet my appointment time. I called ahead and the scheduler found options for scheduling flexibility with the doctor so that I could get my examination completed even though both the doctor and I and the clinic had tight scheduling deadlines. My advice is to call ahead if you are running behind schedule. The team at Vision One has a 'can do' attitude that is refreshing.

I've been going to VisionOne for almost 2 years. I use to go to Lenscrafters till I search for a new eye doctor and found this place. I've always felt satisfied knowing they'll always take care of me. Great customer service! The doc and the staff are super friendly. They make sure to take the time to listen to what you like for your eyes and suggest the time of needs that would work for you.

This place is horrible. Worst optometry experience I've ever had. First you make an appointment to get the eye exam then instead of just helping you pick out glasses you have to make ANOTHER appointment and come back ANOTHER time to get contacts fitted and to get glasses. If that's not already enough time wasted for you when you go in to get the fitting and glasses they'll tell you that YOU set up the wrong appointment. No I asked you guys to set up an appointment for me to get glasses and contacts after I had my eye exam I didn't set up anything except the exam at all, the people at KAISER DID. Absolute waste. Then they'll just keep blaming you and saying they can't help you and to just set up another appointment and come back again. People have lives. This is the biggest joke of an operation. Do not come here. Go get glasses at Costco, or anywhere else. You can get an exam and glasses/contacts all at once. What a freaking joke. As if your life isn't busy enough just spending 3 days to get a prescription and some glasses is genuinely upsetting. DO NOT COME HERE!!! anywhere else... Literally ANYWHERE else is better.

Worse kaiser department. They always cancel your appointment and make you figure it out your self.

Very rude receptionist at Daly City. She is not concerned in helping people with their vision at all as far as I can tell.

ALL The Associates Who Were On Shift Approached Me Too Make Sure If I Was Doing Okay Finding Glasses and Asked If I Needed Help! Also, The PRICES Are GREAT! I've Always Went Too Stanton Optical & I Usually Spend Over $550 Every 2Years For 2 New Pairs Of Regular Glasses & 1 New Pair Of Sunglasses.... I Only Paid $250 Out The Door For 2 Different Pairs Of Glasses & 1 Pair Of Ralph Lauren Sunglasses! Great Deal! 🙌
