Worst unprofessional service. Stupid and Arrogant staff. I asked for a replacement glasses and they told me I wasn't covered by my insurance. After I got my new Glasses at Henry Ford Optimeyes, they called me and told me to come and take my replacement glasses. Idiots.

Dr.Brown and the ladies at the front desk were awesome. They really made my experience stress free and treated me like a friend. They were very knowledgeable and even gave me some fashion advice in helping me pick out my frames. I definitely will make this my place for my eye care.

I want to affirm how horrible he is as an ocularist. His office setting is really displeasing with a TV always playing and his commentary about things is just unnecessary and uncomfortable. All of the glass eyes he has made me have never fit well and have always caused me pain. I would never recommend him to anyone. His level of care is unsatisfactory.

I saw Dr Miller at the Eye Clinic of Bellevue and the Eye Clinic of Mercer Island. Both locations were great! Dr Miller was excellent and very caring with me as a patient. She listens and explains everything she is doing. My vision became cloudy in my left eye due to a prior cataract surgery 11 years ago. Dr Miller cleared it up using a laser. My vision is back to normal now. I highly recommend Dr Miller.

I went in yesterday for my yearly exam and to get a new contact lenses and eyeglass prescriptions if I needed and to check my cataracts and and stigmatism. The gal that did the preliminary exam was juat wonderful, however when Dr Shockley came in she acted like she was in a rush, she came charging in the room sat down, talked real fast .. I had asked her about getting new prescription for contact lenses and my 2 pairs of progressive glasses, for computer and then regular pair since there was a small change. She said what do you mean by Computer glasses?... So I showed her, She took the pair glasses and darted out of the room. She flies back in and told me my "so called" progressive computer glasses was nothing but an old prescription. I said No, I gave the the person at Costco the newest prescription that she gave me last year and told them I need computer glasses. And I see my computer quite well with those whatever they did. She said you could just use the one pair of glasses for everything, and I said I cannot read my computer with them. She quipped, well wear the ones with the old prescription then...in a rather Condescending tone. Then with a very curt and borderline rude delivery of a comment... that I was like the old lady that had so many pairs of glasses she didn't know what to do. I replied, hey I am not That old! and got no reply. She acted like she didn't really have time to see me at all. I commented, boy they've got you running today dont they? and she stopped and looked at me and said what do you mean by that? I said well you look like you're really busy ...and she said No we've had several cancelations due to the heat. It wasn't really that bad yesterday...I'm thinking it's because of Her. Attitude.

The staff was great, the facility is very clean. My only problem is I did not get to see the doctor I made the appoint for, apparently that’s the standard practice which is un acceptable. wanted to see Dr Uliss because of the recommendations I received. I did see another qualified doctor and he addressed my concerns but that’s not the point.

I have been getting my glasses from Marsh Optical for nearly 20 years. I would never go to another eye glass store. Bob is professional, patient and trustworthy. Two years ago I told him my eyes felt strained while using the computer for hours. He recommended the "Blue Light" eyeglass lens to use. Using these computer glasses my eyes never feel strained. They make a tremendous difference and I would recommend them to everyone who works at a computer.

Dr. Lander and her team are awesome! Friendly and professional with lots of great frames to choose from. Highly recommended!

Been going there for years and never had a problem. Though when I lost my insurance their treatment of me changed, hence why it's not 5 stars. I've gotten my insurance back and will give them another shot.

Dr. Thielke always takes such good care of my eyes. I would refer him to anyone.
