I have been going to that eye center since 2017. Doctors are knowledgeable and have good bedside manners. But my experience with receptionists and ancillary personal is not so great. The girls on the phone are always rude and impatient , once I commented over the phone " Why don't you be more patient and polite?" ..and she hang up on me. This place has no manners or customer service.

I needed a pair of glasses in the same day. Maria took my prescription, checked for the lense availability and told me to look for a frame i liked. Maria was very helpful in choosing a frame, and within in LESS THAN an hour, my glasses were ready!!! Thank you for the wonderful service today, on Black Friday!

Worst glasses i ever had; fake replacement policy, overpriced and does not stand behind their product. They added $25.00 for a replacement plan that does not exist. You have to buy your replacement pair of glasses. They are gougers…cheap glasses with a phony replacement plan. Go to lens crafters inside of Macy’s for a better pair of glasses at a better price. Go anywhere but to this rip off store. N

Life Saver! I lost my glasses during my vacation trip and was not able to see or do anything without them. Thankfully, Dr. Maria was able to look up my prescription lenses and had it in stock! She had my new glasses ready within 30 minutes! They also had promotions, which was a plus!

Ask for Eileen. She’s got great taste and makes delightful in store experiences for one of my favorite brands. She’s now sold me 3 frames but this last one is special. I get to deck myself out in some old Hollywood charm with an elegant pair of Gregory Peck shades.

I love my OP glasses but I especially love the customer service I get from Esther Hong, she is the best without a doubt. I have been buying my frames and lenses from her for over 15 years and she really provides exceptional customer service. If you need new eyewear, I highly recommend Oliver Peoples and ask for Esther, she will take good care of you.

I have purchased several frames from the South Coast Store. The quality and customer service are top notch. The few issues I have had over the last few years were handled professionally and promptly. Josh did an excellent job helping me find the right frames on my most recent visit.

Thank you so much Dr. Reza. I am so glad I came to his office as I was referred to him. He completely healed me. Dr. Reza truly cares about his patients and he is very friendly kind, and genuine. He answered all of my questions and always made sure that I was calm. His office is like a family. Once again, thank you for everything Dr. Reza!

Had a fantastic visit to Eyeconic Medical! Dr. Moradi is a true expert in his field. He is incredibly caring, knowledgeable and professional . The comprehensive eye exam was very thorough and Dr. Moradi took the time to answer all my questions. The office is equipped with modern technology, and the entire staff is friendly and attentive, making the overall experience top-notch. I would highly recommend Eyeconic Medical to anyone seeking excellent eye care.

I have been a patient of Dr Moradi at Eyeconic Medical for the past 4 weeks and over that period, I have received excellent patient care. At every appointment, Dr Moradi takes time to explain my current eye condition and the treatment plan I should follow. His explanations are very clear and informative. We met Dr Cahoon in the emergency room, after my mom had a really bad fall. Her eye pressure got dangerously high, and he did an emergency LPI which gave her higher odds of regaining her eyesight. He helped bring her pressure from 53+ to 22. Dr Cahoon’s clinical confidence was reassuring, and his bedside manner was endearing. Although I was there to translate for my mother, he still made an effort to speak with her in Spanish and helped her feel comfortable. We feel blessed that Dr Cahoon was on-call, and that my mom is slowly but surely regaining eye function. This is definitely the office to visit for any routine or emergency opthomology needs. Thank you Dr Cahoon and staff, you all are amazing! (Pictures posted with mom’s permission)
