The best Eye Evaluation I have ever had in my 77 years . This review is completely independent. Seriously, I saw over 6 people 3 of which were doctors, they used 4 machines to measure my eyes. Dr. Astorino was not quick to jump into cataract surgery and wanted to try a more conservative approach first. Dr. Cahoon explained everything, stayed to answer my questions and gave me some samples to try. Awesome experience.. I recommend this eye clinic 100%. I even brought my wife who was not getting any eye eval, and he suggested some further workup for her eyes as well.

I could not imagine having anyone else look after my eyes. I have had 2 lens replacements done by Dr. Astorino and his team in the past year. The experience was extraordinary. Susan coordinated the many careful advance measurements needed to choose the optimal lens. Dr. Astorino was available at every step. And Dr. Ho made sure my vision remained on track before and after the surgery. And the surgery, itself, couldn't have been better. It was done in a matter of minutes, I experienced zero pain at any point (did not even need to take a Tylenol after the surgery), and walked out of surgery seeing 20/15 through the new lens. And I no longer wear glasses or contact lenses at all. So, thank you to everyone for an amazing experience. Based upon my experience, I wonder how many people with cataracts are needlessly delaying surgery based upon the more difficult recoveries we have seen decades ago. They worked hard to schedule an appointment to their other locations closer to my home. Dr Le cared about the health of my eyes not just wanting to sell glasses. It was a good experience.

I have been trying to get an appointment since the beginning of August. First call I was told the system was down for scheduling and I would get a call back. Never did. I called last week and I was told after long hold times that she would need to verify my insurance and would call me back. It’s now a week later and no call. I have Lupus and they want to check my eyes often because of meds I’m on. I now am asking my dr to get me another eye place who wants patients.

Absolutely phenomenal. From the girls at check-in, to Dr. Collins, to Michael, that helped me get new glasses was all great!

I'm typically not the type of person to write a bad review, but my recent experience scheduling an urgent eye exam for my mother was such a disappointment and waste of time that I feel compelled to share. I would not recommend this ophthalmologist. During our visit, Dr. Kim Doan was rude and dismissive towards us when we expressed concern about my mother's eye condition. She initially prescribed medication and ointment, but later changed her mind and refused to provide it when we asked if it had nothing to do with my mother's medical condition. Despite our request for treatment, Dr. Doan advised us to see our primary doctor instead of addressing our immediate concerns. The visit was a waste of our time, and we will not be returning to this office. Terrible experience here.. .Do not recommend coming here.

Waste of time... Their Office moved but they didn't post the new address 😕 The office staff was difficult to deal with! Militant attitudes. More staffers than patients... Lots of redundant paperwork to be filled out upon arrival. They claimed they sent an email with a link to website but there was no evidence of it.😞 Doctor was preoccupied and dismissive -- didn't listen to my explanation of symptoms. She had already come to a conclusion before the examination. Terrible experience!

I have had very positive experiences with Dr. Doan and her staff. They are very efficient and always nice. There is very positive energy there. I had cataracts removed and will be choosing reading glasses soon. To say she changed my life would sound very cliche but she has made a very big positive impact. My eyes were very bad. I would recommend her and her staff without a second thought. That was my review of her professionally. I would like to add that she is genuinely likable!

My visit today was super quick and easy, Jordan was very helpful explaining all the options. The other workers were very respectful as well. They have a large selection that was to my liking, I able to get what I visited with much ease at a awesome price. Thankful for everyone there today

Claudia greeted me as soon as I walked in. She was very kind and professional. She was able to assist in getting all of my family's appts grouped together, as I hoped. Such a friendly office. Jordan assisted and was just as wonderful and Claudia.

Claudia and Jordan are the best! They helped me pick out the perfect pairs of glasses and sunglasses. The first glasses I didn't end up liking. I was able to bring them back and get a full replacement. I love them so much!
