Excellent experience over all. Very friendly skilled staff. Received a comprehensive exam and felt confident in everyone's abilities. Unfortunately they charge extremely high prices for frames/glasses so I can't give 5 stars. But it IS a great spot to get your prescription, just find another source for your glasses!

Dr. Chi is the kindest doctor! He does not push his supplies/glasses on you. He examines your eyes and speaks to you so you can understand what is happening with your eyes. I would definitely recommend this doctor to anyone!!

Their state of the art facility had my lenses done in 1 day for 35% less than any equivalent lens mfg. elsewhere. I love these progressive lenses! Marco is great! I was cutting it close to their closing time but he was still kind and worked with me to deliver a perfect set of new lenses for my frames. Would totally go back for all my glasses needs!

I was desperate for high quality, affordable glasses that could be done as quickly as possible. I had bad experiences with glasses made through the time consuming out of office labs at my Irvine optometrist’s office (they broke a frame I brought in to have lenses replaced in, as well as made me several pairs that were almost unusable due to distortion yet the customer service refused to do anything about it). I recently broke the frame on my favorite pair of glasses and decided to try this place after a Google search and reading the reviews. It was so amazing to experience Zoomer’s way of doing things. The nice man who helped me (Marco?) reviewed my prescription and discussed my options and actually helped me decide against the more expensive progressive lenses due to my reading prescription not being high enough. His honesty really impressed me. I was directed very specifically to frames that would work best with my Rx, and again, he directed me away from a more expensive brand name frame to a no name $50 frame I liked even better, and after paying an extremely reasonable price for high index lenses with anti UV and blue light coating (I have moderately severe myopia and astigmatism), I came back in 2 hours and they were done. I have never had glasses made so fast before so I almost dreaded trying them on- it seemed too good to be true that this hassle free, reasonably priced, and unconventional glasses shop could also produce high quality glasses - but they are amazing. I like these even better than my old favorite glasses. Marco also let me know they do transition lenses, sports goggles, and of course, the progressive lenses so I’ll definitely be coming back for my and my family’s glasses needs thanks to his honesty, trustworthiness, and the magnificent service his shop offers. I am so grateful to have stumbled upon this gem.

This was the first time I had ever seen or been treated for had anything done, with my eyes., Anything with your eyes is really frightening for me, , but she turn things around and made things very comfortable.

Nice and clean office at an excellent location with easy parking. Dr. Kurteeva has great bedside manners, is patient and kind. I came in with badly inflamed eyes, she examined me and knew the problem right away. She put some drops into my eyes and in a few hours I started feeling much better! During the visit she never rushed and took her time to explain me the problem. I highly recommend Dr. Kurteeva if you have eye contact issues.

Dr Kurteeva has been my opthomologist ever since she did my cataract surgery several years ago. I actually followed her from another group when she opened her private practice in this office. I recently was squeezed in for an appointment when I had an infection develop in one eye which doesn't often happen in larger offices. I even got a follow up appointment with Dr Kurteeva at an appropriate interval . Staff is helpful with appointments and insurance, and you feel your eye care is most important to everyone.
