I didn’t get the functional/holistic/root cause care I was looking for here. Without asking for family medical history the doctor wanted to prescribe Ozempic! Yes, I need to lose 25-30 pounds and in my opinion, giving a patient Ozempic on first visit is not a root cause approach. Since I’ve found a place that’s helping me truly heal from food intolerances, hormone imbalances and gut health. I’ve lost 18 pounds naturally without all the risks! $350 down the drain at Kudo.

My husband did lasik with Dr Sylvester back on December 20th of 2020. He went from blindness to 20/15 within minutes. We can’t be more thankful for the end result and wonderful experience. I’m not sure what it will be the problem with waiting, (we wait on most of Dr offices appointments anyways!) I don’t remember to be waiting that much. People complain about silly things instead of reviewing the results and excellent service provided. My husband still 20/15 and we can’t be more pleased.

From start to finish everything went very smooth. All of the tech's were very helpful with questions. Dr. Sherlock is fantastic. He explains everything to you as he is doing the test. They all have a great sense of humor. Great team work!!!

Being it the first time there I was greeted by a very welcoming and helpful staff.And Dr.Casper made you feel right at home and being a diabetic he really went all out with his vast knowledge of everything I needed to get done. I couldn't recommend this place more, everyone was very kind and helpful, looks like I found my permanent eye Dr.

I can only say great things about this place. They have awesome deals and there prices are less than half what the other optometrist cost. I only paid 370$ compared to the 857$ that the place I got my eye exam done at and I got a pair of sunglasses. So two pairs of glasses for half the price. I highly recommend this place just bring in your eye script and they'll take care of you!

Dr. Claudio and her staff are simply the best in ALL ways. When prisms were a part of my prescription she worked hard on getting it right. My daughters also have chosen Dr. Claudio for their eye care. I highly recommend Claudio Eye Care!❤️

Waste of time. Most staff were nice but I don’t think I’d recommend this place… Usually I don’t leave reviews but this time I felt like I needed to. I wanted to make the appointment in person since that was easier for me. I went into the office and told them I wanted to make an appointment. They told me to take a seat and someone would be with me in a bit. me. I waited almost two hours for something that took like 5 mins since they only took basic info such as my name, email, insurance, etc. I had to wait around a month for my eyes exam. The optometrist was really nice. Three weeks passed by and they still had not contacted me about my glasses. I emailed them and they assured me that the glasses would be done in a week and that they’d text me when they were done. Another two weeks with no text messages or emails. I emailed them and, again, the glasses were not ready. The glasses were not ready until the next day. It was around two months from the day I made my appointment until the day I got my glasses. It took them 6 weeks to make my glasses and they kept postponing the date further and further without any notice or anything which was annoying since I had to be the one constantly checking in. I had some questions regarding my glasses since my perception is a little bit weird when I use them (and it’s my first time using glasses) so I emailed them asking if it would be better to ask my questions in person or just send them through an email. It’s been over two weeks (again) and there’s no response. It’s really stressful. Having to be the one reaching out again and again while they ignore the emails or postpone the dates makes it feel like a group project where you’re the only one doing the work. The optometrist was nice but that’s about it. The rest of my experience was bad, stressful, and frustrating.

Mr masheyev was excellent. I love my glasses,as he has helped me with the right prescription lenses and was very welcoming. I recommend any and everyone to come to his store to recieve not only good quality of glasses,but excellent customer service

I started going here April 2015 to get an eye exam and eyewear. Pleasant, prompt, friendly, and accommodating are the words to best describe my experience. My glasses were better than expected. I’ve returned April 2023 for the same procedure, and it was even better than my first visit. I didn’t have insurance this time but Dr. H worked with me and gave me a very affordable price for the exam and eyewear. Note: My prescription lenses were on the more expensive side. Really appreciate him and the staff. They made my visit comfortable and thoroughly explained my results and prescription. This is the one and only place I’m going to for optical needs. Thanks again. I HIGHLY RECOMMEND 27th St Optical to anyone, especially if you haven’t been to the eye doctor in awhile.
