Such a knowledgeable and truly professional doctor. I had to research what causes my dry eyes for a few years and even went to Stanford for it with no actual results.. Dr Kurteeva was the only doctor who could help me find out the reason for my dry eye syndrome and offered the way to cure them. Highly recommended!

My experience from beginning to end has been great at NVISION. The consultation was easy and I didn't feel any pressure to move forward. They answered all my questions and all the staff was friendly and professional. The surgery itself was fast and smooth. Dr. Tooma has a calming demeanor so I felt at ease. The post-op was thorough as well and easy. I would recommend NVISION Newport Beach to anyone.

I want to share my story to caution you about their services. After undergoing a procedure, i faced severe issues with communication, post-procedure care, and accountability. Nvision displayed a lack of communication and empathy, especially after they received payment from you. As past customers, i felt undervalued despite having a valid warranty for our procedure. Moreover, the procedure led to complications, including damage to my tear duct and the development of a lump. Despite their mispractice during the procedure, they continued to ask me for payments so that they can evaluate their own mispractice, adding to my distress. I urge you to think twice before engaging with Nvision for any services. Please prioritize your well-being and make an informed decision when choosing a service provider. The lady on the picture she is the rudest of all in that location above all , all she does is lie to customers making they sign for CareCredit ,stay away from her. STAY AWAY FROM NVISION AS THEY WILL DAMAGE YOUR EYES WITH NO REGRET/ACCOUNTABILITY..

I loved my time here! Very nice location with wonderful and professional staff. They were very clear when explaining the process of testing and surgery. I was able to get a surgery appointment in a week of my consultation. I would recommend this office.

Wonderful patient care! Dr.Jenny Choi is a great optometrist who cares about your well-being! The staff and assistants are equally excellent! I come here for yearly eye exams plus to purchase eye-glasses and contact lens! This office provides exactly what I need! I can’t recommend this office enough!

I was welcomed with friendly staff and they were very helpful. I had some concerns before making my contact lenses and eye glasses purchase, but Efrain was incredibly helpful and answered all my questions promptly. He was very patient as we went over a few options, never rushed me and made the whole process very smooth. I got a better deal than I expected. Thanks, Efrain! I will definitely keep coming back!
