My mom loves going to this office. Dr. Oleynikov is always kind, caring and friendly. Dr. Oleynikov performed a surgery on both of my mom's eyes years ago, it went very smooth, my mom's visions significantly improved and has been good since then. We are very happy with Dr. Oleynikov, and would highly recommend him.

Dr Powers has consistently been respectful, helpful, and informative. She has been an excellent and supportive presence in my healing from a head injury and associated deficits. 5 stars!

This is a very unprofessional place and my last contact wasn't kind. It's been months trying to set up an appointment. We make the appointment, and the last minute, they come up with an excuse They cannot find my paperwork that was sent by a government agency... But each time we make an appointment they tell me yes, they have the paperwork...!! Also "julie", I don't know is they told me the correct name, kept misgendering me intentionally. Each time I told her I'm not a man, I;m not a sir, she intentionally called me "sir".. She says her record shows I am a man. What record?? They haven't seen my ID, they haven't seen me, they have never asked me, then how come these idiots decide what my gender is and even though I repeated to stop calling me "sir" she kept calling me "sir". I have the audio of this conversation. My phone records automatically...

Excellent service and care. The entire staff at Eyecare Eyewear Summerville is very welcoming. Dr. Patrick is knowledgeable and helps you understand the health and care needed for your eyes. Every time I have been to the office has been a great experience and has given me confidence in my eye health. I had an annual exam and discovered that corrective lenses improved my vision for reading. I found two frames easily in there expansive selection. Jeana made sure my frames fit well and made any adjustments needed tailor them for the most comfortable fit. The glasses came in quickly and look great! I recommend Eyecare Eyewear Summerville to friends and family in the Charleston area!

Dr Ginsberg is the best Optometrist I have ever visited. He is thorough, informative and compassionate. I have referred him to many friends and family members in need of extraordinary eye care.

Tone is disrespectful Doctor sarcastic and sales very pushy unorganised and sketchy.

Honestly - I had been a little concerned about not going to a "real doctor's office." However, I will be returning! Easy to make an appointment to get my eyes checked. The 'tech' or assistant who did all the tests was excellent. She explained everything so I knew when there would be a flash, or where to look, etc and exactly what they were testing. There was no wait. The doctor was very professional and friendly; she understood right away when I explained some of my vision history (since I'd never been there before). Asked questions about how I spend my day - in order to make recommendations regarding the glasses (progressives or not, etc) and always explained why. The office was clean, everyone was friendly; and most of the paperwork could be done beforehand online so I didn't spend 15 minutes writing my name and insurance info multiple times! Very happy.

Everything went great From reception to the Eye exam everyone Was super courteous and knowledgeable, Dr Wendy Ho, very professional communicative she explained everything so well that even I could understand it. Am very pleased, totally recommend it

My first time at this location and it was a great experience! Dr. Kim was very kind and informative with the eye exam. And the sales person Teresa who helped me out after to finish my purchases was so nice! I loved her energy :)) 10/10 would recommend

My 3 kids and i all had our exam done and glasses are getting ready for us within our budget. Insurance picked up their part and helped a ton for the kids to have more range to pick from.
