I brought my mother who has Macular degeneration and has not had glasses since her diagnosis. Dr Arabi was very patient, kind and considerate. His tenacity to help my mom was wonderful to see and experience. Although my mom is 80 and can be a handful. He didn't mind her at all. That was just the Dr. All of the people in the officer were kind and considerate. It was an awesome experience, if you can refer to an Eye appointment as awesome.

Great experience. I took my 7yr old to see Dr Arabi because of a very mild lazy eye. He was so good with her; took his time, was very kind and patient. Great doctor and wonderful staff.

I have gone here from before it became ProView back with Dr Bartel. Now I haven't been since Dr. Bartel. The place looks really nice. I got there 30 minutes early and had to wait a little bit after signing in. Girls up front were really nice and the girl that took my tests before the exam was great. I waited in the exam room for a little and got Dr. Patel. I explained to a few people that l I tend to strain my eyes a lot and even through the test but the best result on my true vision is to dilate my eyes mind you it's been 5 years since I have had my eyes checked. I use to be far sided but Dr Patel didn't feel the need to dilate my eyes and now I'm near sided... I just felt very rushed through the exam. I paid for the retina pictures and I have a retinal degeneration in my left eye and the pictures didn't even see it Dr explained that the camera doesn't see in that area of where I have it so I felt that was a waste and when she looked in my retina she didn't even seem to bother to look for it. Then I get to pick my glasses and I wasn't seeing anything. Then she finally pulled out stuff from under the display that I liked and I noticed way less in price from what they have out. Just a difference experience then when Dr. Bartel owned it

I instantly felt welcomed by the staff when I got there. The doctor was awesome. I got an exam for glasses and contacts and was out pretty quickly. I told the doc he has an acute sense of people since he stares into the souls of people (eyes) for a living and he thought that was funny. Going back next week to order some contacts I've been trying on.

Everyone was friendly, knowledgeable, patient and super helpful. They used some newer machines to get a better look at my eyes and was able to provide me with a lot more feedback compared to some other places I’ve been to. The doctor seemed … More

Dr. Bartell and his staff has always been great to my family. Ana has been there the longest and builds great rapport assisting in making sound choices for our glasses. Thank you for the support!

I wouldn't send my worst enemy to this place. Ever since Dr. Mark Schneider left it has not been the same. Dr. Samantha Schneider-Johnson, his daughter, took over the practice, but Nancy seems to think she is the doctor and makes all the decisions. I awoke during my cataract surgery on my right eye (with Dr. Mark Schneider) and was evaluated for my left by his daughter. The doctor said no problem but as soon as my insurance would not pay for it, I would be paying cash, they cancelled my appts without telling me and told me I needed an anesthesiologist at a hospital to get the surgery. Dr. Samantha Schneider-Johnson would have said that when I had an evaluation earlier, but she didn't. It was all an excuse to not see me because I asked them to write a letter to my insurance company to try to recoup some of the cash it would have cost me back. They outright refused. Please. Think twice before you go here. They don't return calls. They're rude but basically, they are about the money not your eyesight.

Man I'm very happy with the staff here. Originally my moms appoint for cataract surgery was cancelled and rescheduled at the last minute and I got weary of the facility. But, they have been nothing less than great for taking care of my mom, and tending to her special needs. They're caring and a special thanks to Dr Eldridge for performing the surgery and putting up with my mom. She and I both are grateful this place and the people here exist! Thank You!!

Customer for over 20 years…this place of business has been on a downhill spiral for a few years now. No customer service whatsoever…they list their way. Use to be top notch optical care now you might as well go to the cheapest place you can find because you get the same service….NONE! This organization takes no pride with regard to customer satisfaction. They don’t return phone calls. Their optical department has poor selection as compared to the past. Time to find a new vision care and surgery center. Dr. Schneider is no longer doing surgery either☹️

I visited Corona optometry this morning for my anual eye exam , the staff was very polite and profesional , the doctor was awesome , very professional , my vision has improved since last year , that’s why I decided to continue under his care, but the person that suppose to help me to get the new eyeglasses was rude with lack of customer service skills he didn’t let me explained what I needed , he make assumptions about my vision , he didn’t want to look at my file , he didn’t print the visit summary per doctor request, I left the office without glasses. I hope management will address this issue because is hurting the business

We've been here twice for my daughter. They are super nice and very professional. No wait either time! And the best part my picky teen found glasses she loved both times. 10 out 10 recommend.
