It was very fast and easy. The greeting, the eye exam, and choosing the glasses and purchasing them was all very easy and everyone was very kind. Definitely recommend.

Dr. Arian is very kind and helpful. She listened to my concerns and help me to figure out which glasses and prescription that works best for me. The lady at the front desk also very nice and welcoming. Great prices on the glasses too!

Just visited Pearle Vision in Irvine to get my glasses repaired. Sally jumped to repair the screw in my glasses without asking for anything in return - free of charge. Went above and beyond to help me get an estimate for a pair of new glasses and prescription sun glasses. I never felt rushed through the process. Even though I ended up buying nothing from Sally, she gave me 100% of her undivided attention. She answered at least 10 questions I had regarding progressive lenses, contacts and ray ban sunglasses with no push to close a sale. I felt taken care of with no strings attached. Sally’s service helped me see what kind of service a visitor can expect at this Pearle Vision outlet. I am grateful for Sally’s time and attention to a non-buyer.

I can't rave about this place enough. Above and beyond service every time. Their entire team is amazing but Daniel especially takes the MVP award. He's very courteous, patient, and makes sure you're happy before you walk out the door. He helped me pick out new frames and was kind enough to fix them for me a month later when I broke them (yikes, my fault). I've worn glasses for over 15 years and I've gone to countless optometrists, Pearle Vision is hands down the best in the game.

I came to Pearle Vision just to ask for help to get my two sunglasses to get adjusted. I called many places before calling Pearle Vision, and they were so kind to offer me to come in so they can help with my adjustments. Today, Brian helped me replace my nose pads to my sunglasses and also re-aligned another one, both free-of-charge! Not only did Brian help me fix these, he also educated me on how my previous optometrist didn't properly cut my lens. I will definitely be coming here moving forward with any eyewear needs!

Condescending and rude. Dr. Fogg insisted on treating my dry eye with cheap and easy over the counter drops. Avoid Dr. Christensen, OD. He gas lighted me and I reported his disrespectful behavior. No wonder why they always have a chaperone present.

First time patient here. I checked in online, I had no wait time, the staff was friendly, Dr. Smith was nice. I was done with my eye exam in no time. I had a Wonderful experience 🙂 …

I have never had such a horrible customer service experience. They are rude and condescending. I would discourage anyone from using this business.

I've been going to Unique for quite a few years for repairs when I needed and every time I've gone in Sandra has Always taken care of ever the problem was. Now we'll take my grandkids glasses in for repairs and again Sandra is so kind to everyone and thorough with her excellent work!
