Called several times for an appointment, no answer and voicemail full so cannot leave a message. Stopped in while shopping at Costco, receptionist offered to check my insurance, they do not accept vision insurance through Blue Cross Blue Shield. Very surprised, never heard of anyone not working with BCBS.

This was a very nice experience overall. Verna and Carolyn were very helpful with my new glasses. I like the prices and I like the service.

I was helped immediately as I walked in. The girls behind the counter were very sweet and helpful. I had come in to get my lenses changed and no longer sat down to wait and the young man Austin immediately helped me. He was so professional and got right to me. It’s nice to go to a place where you know you are getting the best work done. Will always go back to Austin.

Love the staff at Lehr! They are efficient, friendly and always take their time at my appointments. In the day and age of being able to order almost anything online, it’s nice to have personal service and support a local small business.

The staff here are so kind and professional. I got a great deal on my contacts and they gave me trials for my prescription even though it's a difficult prescription. They have expedited contact delivery too and you can pick up at the store. I really appreciated the staff helping me get trials and order contacts so quickly. Great experience

Dr Stephan’s took time to help me make wise decisions on caring for my eyes. I appreciated his candor and honesty. A very trustworthy man!

Awful experience. I got contact lenses for the first time and my original prescription was altered at my contact lenses class. When I received my contacts, the prescription did not work at all. When I went back to the store to tell them, I was told I could not get a refund or get the right prescription ordered without paying again since I had opened the box. Obviously I needed to open the box and see if the updated prescription actually worked and it DID NOT, my eyes could not focus at all. It seems entirely unreasonable to have to pay again for a mistake I did not make.

I see Dr. Samuel Houston every four to five weeks. He is very professional but friendly and always remembers me. I receive a shot in my eye at every visit. Dr. Houston is so precise and fast I do not need the numbing shot. When I had a concern between visits, he got me in immediately. I saw another retina specialist before I moved here and by far I would recommend Dr Houston.

I had my second visit for a visual field, it was wonderful! Dr.Diana and her staff are amazing, very professional and warm, they explained everything to make sure I felt always comfortable. I think is it also worth to mention that this time the ladies at the front desk were really friendly and kind which made the whole visit even better.
