Dr Bowman and staff are great. They're super friendly and very knowledgeable.

Dr. Angel Capistrano is the most trust worthy eye doctor I have ever been to. She is very caring and gentle. Extremely accomplished with board certified Glaucoma specialist in 2 countries, I can trust no one else to care for me and my family's eyes. I highly recommend her.

I bought a pair of glasses for my son, told there was a warranty for a year. The frame broke in two days the manager refused to honor the warranty, saying we needed to buy an extra warranty. I questioned this since I usually purchase my kids glasses at the Riverside Sam’s Club and never had a problem with them honoring the warranty. I would never purchase glasses from the Corona Sam’s Club again.

Went here for my eye exam. Nice dr basic exam. I needed glasses for distance and reading. I picked two frames. The distance ones where suppose to have blue transistions. They messed up the whole order. The frames I wanted for distance came back as my reading ones. The ones for distance where not glasses I had ordered. But they had blue transistions. They where ugly. The guy told me the girl must of messed up the order. I show them again the frames I want. With the saphire blue transitions. When I went back they had the right glasses but the transistion seemed gray. My husband pointed this out. The girl said they just needed to adjust. She put them under the blue ultra light. Tgey still disnt turn blue. She said give it time. They are still grey. Will not Be back.

I enjoyed my first visit to EGO because Claire was super efficient and kind in getting me set up for the appointment making the arrangement effortless the same as Adrianna leading me through the tests that led to Dr Lieu's swift lens-sizing after which he kindly explained the results of all the tests seemingly taking a third the time they actually did leading me to feel I've not been served more pleasantly at past eye exams. You too will likely find this optometry team a kind and efficient team that understands the importance of good old fashioned customer service.

Dr Lieu is an excellent optometrist, actually the best one I have been to in 50 years. He is thorough and takes time to review all details of your eye health. His staff is very helpful and professional!

Dr. Lui and Dr. Heart and their team are very respectable and professional people who always performs flawlessly on a daily basis. I always feel important when ever I visit the office or call for prescription orders.

First time for an eye exam and it went really good. The Doctor is very amiable and explain every procedure of my exam.

Last year we were driving across the country when my wife started developing severe pain in her eyes. Even though it was after hours Dr. Kim graciously stayed open, did an exam and diagnosed her problem. Thus we were able to get the prescription needed to relieve the problem. He is truly a doctor who puts the patient first. If in Corona we would go see Dr Kim again.

I've been coming here for years with my family. The glasses come back quickly and with the correct prescription. Both Dr. Kim and Dr. Lisa are extremely attentive to any issues that may arise and work hard to fix them. I love it here, the staff is friendly and helpful. The glasses selection is very large too.
