Everyone was so incredibly nice! I was super indecisive but everyone I mean everyone at the front helped me pick my glasses by giving such great insight. They told me which ones shaped my face best! One woman even went above and beyond and used an app to see which glasses fit best ! The doctor was incredibly nice and answered my questions definitely will be back! Thanks LensCrafters!

I didn't purchase my glasses here but I wish I had. I came to see if they could fix the nose pad on my glasses, since one of them fell off. The gentleman there was so kind and helpful. He let me know why they had broken off, due to sun exposure, and I bet the age of my glasses, I've had them a while. He did everything possible to fix them. Without the nose pad, it's uncomfortable to wear my second eyes. I will be purchasing my next glasses here because of the great customer service from the young man. Thank you!!

I was there just looking for an estimate on new frames and lenses.The woman at the desk gave me some quotes rather quickly with add ons and without. The prices were a little too high for me but she answered all of my questions Even though I didn't buy anything, she replaced my nose pieces for free. I can't recall her name but she was very nice and super professional. Thank you again for the excellent service.

I used to do my glasses at Costco but this time I made a decision to give it a tried at America’s Best Contacts & eyes glasses. Eventually it comes out doesn’t has a good quality of service and a decent job. They gave me a plastic bag for caring twos pair of glasses also don’t have any cleaning cloth glasses inside. Totally I am very disappointed about this place. Plastic case for glasses? Really? I paid $399 something for those glasses? Even though I asked for the adjustment glasses they’ve been told me you should wear it for awhile then if see it falls off and come back to fix it ? It was a first time and ever come back here 😞

I give America’s Best contacts and eyeglasses a 5star because it is an awesome company. Wonderful customer service from Dunia , she helped me to feel comfortable with my choice and was also very knowledgeable about eyewear and customer needs. I also had quality eyewear to choose from. I had a great experience overall from the eye exam with o very nice doctor, who help me understand my needs to see better, until walking out with my two new pair of glasses.

I went to this location in September when one of the temples of my glasses just came off, no trauma whatsoever, it came off from the internal part of the screw. My warranty expired a few months earlier, I was told they couldn’t repair it either way because of where it came off. Ok, i spent over $300 getting a new pair and the same frame again (since my lenses were fine and cut to fit that frame). Glasses came late October. It’s January 17,2023 when I placed them on and the temple fell off, again. New frames, temple just falls off again in less than three months of having them! I reached out to America’s Best online and explained my frustration with the frames, they’re clearly defective and just break without being dropped, sat on, nothing. I received an email back from a Terrie saying to contact this location and “maybe they can give you a discount on another frame”. So the solution to defective frames is to buy yet another pair?? This is the second pair of glasses I’ve replaced in less than 2 years, when I’ve never broken glasses in my 25+ years of wearing them. I’m completely disappointed in the response and lack of accountability from this company. Be very aware that some frames are constructed terribly and you’ll just end up flushing your money down the toilet
*update* management reached out shortly after my review, apologized for the inconvenience and ordered me new frames. They arrived fast and I did not pay for the replacement. These new frames are holding up and have had no issues. Thank you for the customer service!
