The people that work here are so attentive and considerate. Jordan went out of his way to schedule an immediate eye exam as well as perform a pre exam for me. The equipment was as innovative as it was foreign, so he and the main optometrist made sure to take extra care for the operations. Cassandra and Elias were also accommodating for me. Elias was closing me out with the payment and provided me many options and information up front to clear bases. Dr. Trajano was incredibly professional while personable. It gives me much assurance that someone cares for their patients as much as this doctor. I loved the way she facilitated the eye exam as well. The flow was nice, lax, and still efficient. Show some love to these people cause they really care! Thanks again.

I have been going to Dr. Mascareño for over 15 years. Dr. Mascareño is very professional and pleasant. I enjoy going when Elena is working. She is always patient, helps me make the best choice when picking glasses and is very efficient. I definitely recommend Dr. Mascareño.

My son and I came for our yearly exam and the staff are very helpful. They have the right knowledge to answer your questions and very professional. Stephanie has been very helpful and provided assistance when I was trying to decide which frame to purchase. She was not pushy and very patient. They have wide array of designer frames and I was very satisfied with the service we received. We also never had a hard time booking an appointment and they send multiple reminders and was very helpful for people like me who can't keep track of schedules. We will definitely be back next year.

I have been coming to Otay Ranch Eyeworks for the past three years, and each time I have experienced great customer service. My recent visit was no exception. I had an appointment and was seen right on time. I forgot the name of first lady who helped me, but she performed some tests on my eyes, and was very friendly. Then Dr. Andrea Meagher saw me gave me a readout from the tests performed, as well as did an eye exam on me. She was very informative and answered all the questions I had, and made me feel confirtable throughout the exam. Lastly, Stephanie at the front desk was very helpful in finding the frames I wanted, as well as get the options I wanted. All in all, a very pleasant experience as always. I highly recommend Otay Ranch Eyeworks for your eye exam, as well as for picking out the frames (or contacts) you need!

Customer Service as Otay Ranch Eyeworks is the best. The Front desk Staff and the Optometrist are courteous and profession. My wife and I have never had a bad experience there. Honestly, I could not imagine going someplace else for my vision health or eyewear. Thank you Otay Ranch Eyeworks Optometry!

The staff is very rude and seem bothered to do their job. They have no patience with children and seem annoyed. I waited almost 2 months for contact lenses prescription for my son..I called a month in and they were behind so I called again a month later asking why is it taking 2 months. They informed me they called the wrong number… ridiculous. When I ordered the lens they told me it would be 100 for the exam and 40 for the training… but when I asked for a refund for the training that we never did because I no longer wanted to go through them(I don’t want to wait 2 months everytime he needs more contacts), they changed it and said 140 was for the exam. Then when I said okay just give me the prescription she said she couldn’t because it was never finalized. The manager Leticia would not help me even though it was their mistake. I asked for her supervisors info and she said she couldn’t give it to me. Now I’m waiting to see if her boss “Herbert” will ever call me back. I will say the dr who did the was great!

I took my kids ages 4 &6 for their very first eye exams. The exam was fantastic. The doctor was so sweet and wonderful with my girls. When we picked up our glasses our experience with the staff was not great. I felt like we were an inconvenience to them. Our glasses were handed to us and that was it. No adjustments or mirrors were offered. This was the first time they've ever worn glasses and got zero support. We weren't even acknowledged. We were never told to make appointments when picking up the glasses. So I guess the service ends after they are handed to us. Kind of sad really, other eye care places I've been to always offered basic service to me when getting my glasses. I made sure before leaving we tried them on, even asked politely if I could use one of the mirrors. Still no one in the office asked if we needed help or asked how they fit, nothing. Like I said I felt like we were an inconvenience to them. I wasn't going to leave a review, but thought maybe they should know so the next time kids come for the first time be nicer and offer the service of a mirror and adjustments.

Always excellent service here! Got new eye exam and lenses. Dr. Alyssa Bianes was awesome! She was personable and helpful! Atsuko was helpful as well. Elias was very helpful with my budgeting.

This was my first visit to Dr. Solis and it was easily the best experience I've had at the eye doctor. Dr. Solis was thorough and took time to explain everything in detail and answer any questions. The staff was warm and helpful. I was seen right away and Dr. Solis listened to my concerns about and took extra care to make my prescription was right without ever making me feel rushed.
