So far the place was nice and clean, the person that took our appointment and helped us out with the paperwork that needed to be filled out was very nice and kind. After the appointment was set we got a call to remind us about our appointment and when we came in, my wife and I were blown away, the Doctor was very knowledgeable, explained things to me and my wife step by step so we could understand why and how she was doing the exams she was performing on us. She took her time with my wife and I, she was very meticulous and when it came time to let us know what our choices were she was very clear and toll us things the way they were. She recommended a good new pair of contacts for me that so far are working out very nicely and for my wife did the same. One thing that took me by surprise was that when it came to pay for the exam they took you to next door to pay for it and the prescription for the contacts was not given to us once we paid for it. I know the doctor wanted to make sure we came back for a week follow up to see how the contacts adjusted to us so and then the prescription was going to be given. I am used to once I pay for the prescription I get it right away. But I do understand and I think my wife and I found the place we like and we will be back for our new appointment in a year. By the way the price of the Eye exam for contacts and glasses is very affordable in case you don't have insurance. Update: My wife and I went for our follow up and things were very awesome, service is a works class service. The doctor and the staff are fantastic, I recommend this place so the way.

Last month I had the pleasure of visiting Dr. Bui’s office for my annual eye exam. I’ve been wearing glasses for over 20 years, contacts for more than 10 years, and have seen dozens of optometrists. My past eye exams were short and cold and I felt like a dollar sign more than a patient. This was not the case with Dr. Bui and her staff - from the minute I arrived for my appointment I was met with professionalism and kindness. The assistant walked me through the different equipment that would be used to check my vision, and I wasn’t left wondering why I was looking in multiple machines- everything was thorough and necessary. After the preliminary checks were complete I met Dr. Bui, and again was greeted with a friendly smile, conversation, and professionalism. I could tell she truly cared about my happiness as she took her time with me. She didn’t just write me a prescription and move on, she took the time to get to know me, and truly check the health of my eyes. I am extremely happy I went to see Dr. Bui and will recommend her to all of my friends and family.

Dr. Tina bui is an amazing optometrist! I came in for glasses and came back to get lenses and she was patient and so nice ! she made me comfortable and taught me how to put them on and take them off. Thank you Dr. Tina! I can see the world more clearly and now I can do yoga and workout without glasses! ✌️❤️🙏🤓 …

The gentleman that worked the evening Shift on 9/13/23 (Arnold, Oscar, Edgar come to mind… can’t remember his name) was so helpful and friendly. He repaired my glasses. They haven’t fit well in over a year. I’m so grateful!

LISA WAS THE BEST. SHE DID THE EXTRAMILE, TO GIVE OUTSTANDING CUSTOMER SERVICE. SHE WAS ABLE TO FIX MY GLASSES, THAT WERE IN HORRIBLE CONDITIONS. SHE WAS AVAILABLE TO TURN THEM INTO A NEW PAIR OF GLASSES. I REALLY APPRECIATE IT THE HELP AND SERVICE.

Spoke to David he said he is the manager at the Optical maybe it's time for Costco to re-evaluate what goes on in there store! They had placed a replacement order and then they canceled my order. My previous contacts came defective, 2 pairs and Because my prescription had just expired they said they can't order it anymore so this whole time I was waiting for nothing and not even a phone call to let me know! what about my 2 pairs that came defective??? they aren't cheap! As a customer all we can do is let you guys know AND I BROUGHT THE CONTACTS IN TO SHOW YOU GUYS!

Amazing customer service and great selection of glasses and frames. Prices are just great! It was cheaper than using my insurance. Great shout out to Jeremy. He was amazing, finding the best options for me and he made all the process really easy. I am really impressed! Plus, I left the store with a brand new pair of glasses. They are my new favorite place for glasses! Thank you so much!

Starting with Dr. Leon, along with the support staff and its technicians, Eyeglass World in EastLake was an overwhelmingly positive experience. The team was friendly, knowledgeable, and extremely helpful. I highly recommend them. Thank you!

Genesis went above and beyond in helping with my appointment with such professionalism and service with a smile. And explained in detail about the whole process and coverage. She was so prompt in getting me a letter from the doctor that I needed for my job. She is so sweet. This was at the Eastlake location. Kudos for her

Doctor John has been always so professional and nice talk to him as he is as supportive and cordial as he can be. I am so glad I am under his care. Now, Juan Quezada person that helps you to pick and advise for you to select your new eyewear was extremely helpful and very knowledgeable on what could be a nice pair of glasses for you to be content with your decision. Very professional, cordial and respectful. I am so happy that all the staff at this place is so nice and welcoming. Kuddos to Juan Quezada.

This is the best place to get your eye exam and glasses. One of my daughters saw Dr. Pack and my other daughter saw Dr. Trajano. We love Barbara because she was so amazing over the phone and was able to get them in for an appointment the next day, which is unheard of. Both the doctors were very nice, sweet and made my daughters feel very comfortable during their appointment. This was my youngest daughters very first time getting an eye exam and she said she really felt at home. We love Frank for being being so outgoing and quick. Everyone was so friendly. I also noticed everyone wearing a mask and following safety precautions by cleaning the machines and rooms immediately after use. The office was clean and customer service was great! I will definitely be referring my friends and family here! Thank you for making their appointments positively memorable!
