I wanted to say that Dr Solis is an exceptional doctor. I’ve been seeing him for almost 3 years now and I’m so happy I changed. I’ve seen several doctors in San Diego county and no one with his bedside manners and knowledge. The other doctors are good but don’t take the time to establish patient rapport. I’m the type of patient that asks several questions and he answers them without hesitation. He has state of the art equipment and they can fit you in for urgencies, a big plus for me. He helped he out one time that I scratched my cornea, he got me in and out. I was so happy and grateful to him. My family goes to him and I would highly recommend him to anyone. The other doctor that works with him is also good, she helped me once he was not there and I like her too. The staff is also very polite, this is very important because it says a lot. Dr Solis is the type of doctor that loves what he does and enjoys helping his patients. Thank you Doctor Solis and staff, you are doing a great job!

I went to see Dr. Solis for a new prescription for both contact and glasses. First, the assistants helped me very well during the three eye tests before seeing the doctor, which allowed Dr. Solis to really examine what’s going on inside my eyes. He gave me an in-depth and informative description of what he saw. Throughout the usual eye exam, he taught me so many useful concepts relating to why I’m near sighted and what lenses are best for me! It’s like he gave me an easy to understand crash course that was fascinating to learn about. With Dr. Solis, he genuinely cares about your eye health and gives you the best tips to maintaining it. He even knew I had allergies in my eyes, explained why it happens, and gave me a eye drop solution to purchase on the side. Excellent service and really nice people!

Terri was super helpful, I've never had someone spend the time to help me find a Frame that I could feel confident in. I'm so excited to get my glasses and actually want to wear them!!

Geraldine was super helpful and professional she made me feel comfortable and was super nice. She guided me through the entire process and I would definitely recommend people coming here.

Workers were so sweet, welcoming & helpful. My eye exam for glasses was so fast & comfortable. My test results were sent within minutes before I had even decided on which frames(buy one get one free) to get. I can’t remember my workers name but she was so sweet & helped me pick out frames that matches my face type(oval). I’m so happy with my glasses and I am already recommending my family and friends to have a easy optometrist visit like I had. I will note that it is a bit expensive for the quality of frames. On the flip side, u get fast appointments, glasses are ready same day or next & the workers are so sweet.

poor customer service, took some glasses to get lenses and they kept them for 3 weeks and did not install lenses. glasses were never sent to get lenses installed. manager told me it would take 2 weeks to ger a refund since I paid cash. read fine print when going to this place they do everything to not give you your money back

We came here as a last-minute/emergency option because my husband broke his glasses at 4pm and needed new ones before work training the next day. Sinai helped us from start to finish with a great attitude, and quick turn-around! Ethan did the eye exam and was super quick so we could get the glasses on the same day. Diana was very helpful the whole time and assured us they would try their best! After the eye test, Sinai told us that they have my husband’s prescription available and she’ll be able to make the glasses quickly! Overall our experience here was simply smooth from start to finish and definitely recommend! Thank you Sinai, Diana & Ethan for a great experience and quick action to help my husband! 10/10!

Not all heroes wear capes! Some are called Miss Justine and Miss Noemi at EyeGlass World (Chula Vista, CA - Broadway location.) I called the stores frantic because my 6 year old daughter “broke” her glasses. Miss Noemi advised me to come into the store and they would try their best to repair. Luckily it was a tiny screw that needed replacement. Miss Justine was able to replace the screw and adjust my daughter’s glasses. These two ladies saved the day! And their gesture has gained them a Family of clients. You can tell when employees are happy and love what they do. Thank you so much to these lovely hardworking ladies.

Christina was the best ! She was informative and kind. Marc managed to get my glasses I ordered done in 5 minutes, was very happy with the overall customer service. I also got my exam done as a walk in since someone cancelled 👑 …

Eyeglass World is the best. I have been coming here for years. They have the best customer service experience and price. I dropped my new eyeglasses on accident and scratch them. When to Eyeglass World in Chula Vista to get them replaced. As soon as I walk in Christina greeted me. She took them to Marc and in 10 minutes I had my eyeglasses no questions asked. Love this team!!!
