I have had nothing but positive interactions with both the reception staff and medical staff. They've always been courteous and professional and very concerned with my issues. They got me in to see their retinal specialist the same day I came on an emergency visit. After some procedures , an operation, and follow ups, I've been pleased with their professionalism and care.

Receptionist answering the phone is not friendly or polite, and definitely not professional. This is not the first time calling and having to deal with unprofessionalism. The first time I talked to a supervisor and apparently they didn't do anything about it. If they can't be polite then they should find a new position.

Everyone working there seems to know what they are doing. Very friendly and they take the time to explain any questions you have. They all work well together making it faster to get you out quickly.. Dr. Was friendly and explained everything so you can understand. Machines they have are way up to date. Great place ,very clean. . You are well taken care of. Ty

Most of the time when I have a procedure done my blood pressure is very high. Not today the 23rd of June. All the staff that took care of me were so professional and kind and caring. They made me feel so comfortable and at ease. A great experience. From the nurses that checked me in to the surgery and recovery. Everyone made my time there a good experience. Thank you.

Great customer service, Aracely Zamora is an exceptional employee with great customer care, with excellent communication skills and was very attentive. Fun great environment with knowledgeable doctors. I will recommend this place to many associates of mine. I am very grateful and highly appreciative with the level of service.

As always a pleasant experience both with staff and Doctors. Mentioned to Doctor Ron that yesterday began my 51st year as his patient! A rare appointment on my birthday.

Well, is the first time we visit the clinic, people are so kind and welcomed the service with the care doctors is Exellent. Dad was happy with the care he received.

Came to get a replacement earpiece screw for my frames that had been held together with a piece of wire for months, which it turned out had only broken the frames more. Jeni went above and beyond, removing the wire and finding a new set of earpieces to screw on that color coordinated with the rest of my frames! Her can-do attitude saved my day. No more headaches from crooked glasses while I wait for my next optometrist appointment! Thank you Jeni!! :)

Deena and Mindi are the best! They both go above and beyond to make sure you are taken care of regardless of the number of other customers waiting. They are under so much pressure due to the volume of customers yet they both spend the time needed to take care of you as if no one else is there. Very personal and professional.

Left a message needing an appointment and got a call back same day for an appointment the next day. Very efficient, courteous and quick optometry appointment. No getting bogged down with paperwork or needing signatures and no high-pressure sales bs. Very happy.
