Had a horrible experience at this location. From purchasing eye glasses to the customer service from the front desk. Rude, mean, and embarrassed me in front of other customers as if I was not welcomed there because of my insurance. I asked if my insurance was accepted there but the front desk stated " we cannot give you any information until you have a confirmed appointment". I was scheduled an appointment and a few days later I called to see I can now get information in regards to my insurance but I was told I was not scheduled for an appointment. Then days later they called me back and reminded me that I had an appointment for the next day. I told them to cancel it because of their ride mean behavior towards me from the beginning. Then they hung up.

They attended me very nicely. Asked all the right questions. All the staff were super friendly, helpful and nice. Especially the doctor. The doctor made me feel comfortable during my eye exam. I would recommend this place if you are looking.

Excellent Dr. She's very thorough & professional. Love the frame selection here as well. Staff is very responsive, they always text me about appointments, glasses/contacts arriving.

My 9 year old and I come here. Its our second or third time renewing our prescription. Staff is always friendly. Dr Huang is very nice and makes both my daughter and I feel very comfortable and well taken care of. Never rushes us and genuinely encourages questions or concerns.

This place has top notch customer service. The doctors know what they are doing. I recommendH st optometry to all my friends and family.

Cheapest contact lense exam. All the staff are so nice! The Dr is very personable and answered all my questions. The assistant helped me pick out an awesome set of frames for my reading glasses.

Had the worst experience at this place. The Dr. was very pushy on me taking the retinal photos for $20 since he “didn’t want to dilate me since they were closing soon.” The exam took less than 3 minutes and didn’t even check the health of my eye at all. The optician was extremely rude and got mad when i let her know i wasn’t going to purchase glasses that day. When i asked her if my boyfriends prescription had changed she said “that is something he should’ve asked the dr” in the worst attitude. Definitely made me not want to come back. Stay away until they work on their customer service.

READ THIS They literally refused to give a prescription with Pupillary Distance measurements so that you are FORCED to buy the overpriced outdated frames they sell at the store for hundreds of dollars. They literally got mad and hung up on me SEVERAL times because i called to ask why they do that. They didnt want to admit why bc they know they are TRYING to scam you. Its crazy they are even allowed to give you a prescription WITHOUT PD measurements. Worst customer service, worst selection of glasses. Basic Drs. They hardly care and try so HARD to sell you glasses right after you take your prescription and get MADDDD when you tell them you are buying something online or at another store. DO NOT GO HERE UNLESS YOU HAVE TO. Ridiculous.
