Dr. Karen Sun was very helpful and explained my care step by step. I was nervous about my exam and establishing care with a new Optometrist, but her ability to articulate in a manner that I understood was comforting. Camille was also a delight to engage with. She helped me select my new glasses, ordered my contacts and gave a thorough explanation on my insurance coverage. The visit was timely, office was clean and instruments cleaned before use. Very helpful, kind and knowledgeable individuals that made my experience wondeful.

Dr. Alling is such a great optometrist. After I got LASIK and went through pregnancy/nursing, my eyes were a mess and had GPC and MGD. Awful. But he has been so thorough in helping me and has consistently given me extraordinary care. My eyes have improved so much with him. I really can’t say enough good things about him. He is very knowledgeable and really cares, and never gets annoyed with my 100 questions or rushes me out. Highly, highly recommend.

Needed an adjustment on my glasses and was greeted as soon as I entered. The woman who helped me did a great job,even replacing the nose pads . Was in and out in 10 minutes after a friendly chat. Tom

I had cataract surgery in 2022 replacing both lenses. In 2023 one eye is great, the other has a haze over it. Left a couple of messages for Dr. Levinson (he performed the surgery) but no reply or acknowledgement. Made an appointment but couldn't see Dr. Levinson, so was assigned to Dr. Miller. Apparently there's nothing that can be done, according to her she kept trying to get me to order glasses, even after telling me my eyes tested at 20/20. I said I didn't want glasses, I want the haze gone. She said people have no problem seeing with a haze . I asked if the lens could be replaced. She said I would have to find a surgeon, which made no sense since Dr. Levinson was my surgeon. Then she tried to persuade need to get glasses again. When I saw that I was not getting anywhere with her I said 'fine' just to get out of there. She said 'sorry we can't help you'.

Dr Waldman is the best! We have been seeing him for at least five years and always look forward to our annual visits. He’s the best kind of doctor—warm and inviting while whip smart.

My husband and I both see Dr. Klaus. We think he is a compassionate, skilled and dedicated doctor. His staff has always been great to work with also. We are extremely happy with the services he provides and the caring that he demonstrates every time we see him! We highly recommend him to our friends.

Clean- Friendly Staff-my doctor was very straightforward and answered my questions. Even gave me some advice which I followed through with and looking forward to being able to see clearly. I highly recommend this office and practice.

Yes good. I had to get an eye test for work, the rest of the places were booked a month out, but this place got me in the next day. Also, while I was waiting, one of the ladies helped me with my current glasses by replacing the nose pads with silicon pads. The reason is that the PVC pads that I had before were cutting into my nose. She just fixed them for free without my having to ask. I appreciate that because it had been hurting and bothering my face for quite some time, and she just fixed it. She went out of her way to help.

I constantly come to this location to purchase contacts for my daughter. Milana is very helpful and even helps rebates. The doctors are great! I highly recommend Megavision for all things eye care and eye health.
