They were rude to me

Dr. Nguyen is amazing. The staff, some very good, some not!!! Dr. Khoubian, well...he is money hungry and will not perform plain cataract surgery unless he sells you extra unnecessary procedures, shameful!

They were going to take my prisms in glasses away for a month the problem is being I ready have them my eyes would get tired without them and I wouldn't be able to see to do any without them so I went to specialist office in reno Dr Mitchell strominger who knows about Graves and prisms.

The professional atmosphere and staff makes a visit and exam very easy. I have just experience the use of their surgery skills for the first time and my experience with the staff was the best interaction I have ever had when I have had to have any surgery work. Dr. Kian has created an outstanding work culture that employees fully execute.

After my husband had a stroke, he mentioned to his neurologist his vision was bothering him. She told him to only go to an OP "Doctor of Optometry". I, as an eyeglass wearer myself, noticed all the extra care and testing done on his eyes were just top notch! Dr. Castellano made the visit fun and took notice when my husband became fatigued and needed a break. Not only is Dr. Castellano an excellent doctor, he has a great staff as well! In connection with my inflammatory retinal edema, I turned to Dr. Diana Katsman, who has a repeatedly confirmed reputation as a highly experienced retinologist. After thorough testing, Dr. Katsman explained in detail to my wife and me the essence of the pathological appearances in my eye and gave the necessary recommendations. These recommendations soon drastically reduced the swelling of the retina and contributed to the restoration of my vision. I also want to note the wonderful features of Dr. Diana Katsman's communication with the patient: her patience (it is important for the doctor that the patient understands her well), her attentiveness to all the details of what the patient said, gentleness in communicating with the patient. I recall the words of the great doctor V.M. Botkin: "If a patient does not feel better after talking with a doctor, then this is not a doctor." So: the patient will undoubtedly feel better after talking with Dr. Diana Katsman! She is a highly professional doctor and a wonderful person. Thank you so much Dr. Diana Katsman! If you have an emergency that you need your eye looked quickly this is not the place to go I had acid blown into my face and eye and sat for over an hour all they told me was to stop taking the numbing eye drops and that the doctor would see me shortly 30 mins later I decided to make an appointment with a doctor that cares for people in an emergency

Excellent Customer Service at this office. Mary is truly a pleasure and very knowledgeable and made us feel very comfortable for the first time at this location. Dr. Min is an excellent optometrist and very detailed and personable. One of the best eye groups I’ve been too in awhile.
