They are always very professional and nice. Dr. Nguyen has taken care of myself and my kids for years and she does a great job. I have also had to take my son her for punctured sclera and again, they did a great job.

The staff were very nice and welcoming! Dr.Tea was informative and friendly. The office is clean and theres a variety of glasses to choose from, even the insurance glasses are modern and trendy. I would definitely recommend this place to my friends and family.

Amazing customer service. Unique high quality eyewear with very friendly people. We needed a quick screw replaced for my sunnies and they took care of it immediately with no complaints. Couldn’t have asked for a better experienced.

I have been seeing (well I’m so blind that’s questionable) for somewhere around 20 years now. It’s always a great experience, they are meticulous about my level of care. There’s been a few times I’ve had to come in unexpectedly and they always get me in asap! I will always be a loyal patient and refer everyone I know. Dr Hooton is my Dr and have used Dr Timmons (in the past) & Dr Smith also! Both Hooton and Smith are awesome!

Had a great experience with friendly staff, super knowledgeable doctor, Dr. Nikita Sarwar - she tested everything and explained what she saw and what my prescription should be. Cinda sat with me and got the best price from my insurance. I walked out a very satisfied customer.

I ordered glasses. They lost the order but charged my credit card. Eventually the money was refunded. Then, I came to my routine appointment (5 minutes early), had my preliminary exam by a technician promptly, but then waited another 30 minutes without seeing any optometrist. The exam room was open the entire time. My time is valuable, so I left. This dramatic decline in quality of service seems to coincide with the retirement of Dr. Nelson. I will be seeking eye care from a different provider.

The staff are very friendly and welcoming. I have been going there for a few years now for my reading glasses and also sunglasses. David is exceptional at giving me the best recommendation and prices. Most of all I appreciate that he's not trying to sell me what I don't need. He advise me which product is better suited for me. The prices are really good. I am overall happy with my product and service and that's why I have been going there and referring my family and friends to go there. Keep up the great work David and his staff.

Dr Pete is caring and skilled … made time to see me early morning before office opened when a had an emergency, and guided me thru resolution. Great doctor, great guy.
