I've been a customer for 10 years. Every time I go, it's pleasant and positive experience. Two weeks ago I went in because my eyeglass were broken (not the glass but the parts/legs that go over the ears). I was assisted by Amanda. For the last 3 years she has assisted me always. Amanda resolved my problem with my eyeglasses immediately and pleasantly, always with a smile and cheery attitude. Last week, I got my replacement glasses. Amanda, then and in the past has been knowledgeable about all things eyeglasses and totally pleasant with everything. I HIGHLY recommend ABC&E and Amanda to get whatever problem you have resolved, in a pleasant and expeditious manner. Thanks again, Amanda!

I would caution against recommending this establishment for any eye care needs. The reception desk needs more responsiveness as they frequently fail to answer incoming phone calls, necessitating multiple attempts to establish communication. Although my appointment was not intended to obtain a contact lens prescription, as I already possessed one that was not expired and from a month ago the office insisted that this was the reason for my visit, despite it being otherwise. Furthermore, they persistently attempted to charge me a high amount for the copay yes was outrageous because this was not what I sought from the appointment. It is not to anyone’s liking to be charged for something they did not ask for.. For those reading keep in mind that I’m discussing the principle behind what happened to me not the amount of the copay. During my appointment, while seated, I inadvertently overheard office personnel engaging in similar billing practices with other patients seeking contact lens-related services. This compels me to believe that this establishment engages in unethical conduct to extract financial gain from its patients. They squandered my time by necessitating protracted discussions with my insurance company to clarify my visit's true nature. In summary, I must say that this office conducts itself unethically. The fact this business is defending and rationalizing what they did is disgusting.

My experience yesterday with my eye appointment with Dr. Joshi was excellent. He covered any problem I was experiencing and was kind enough to notify my Primary Physician that I had completed my yearly exam. The staff are always thorough and friendly. Great visit once again.

Desk staff are very friendly, patient and informative. Medical Assistants explained each step of her process. The doctor did a thorough examination and explained all of her observations. I am impressed with this office and practice group. Having spent my career in Healthcare, I look for excellence. I found it here....Thanks

Elaine and her staff go above and beyond to ensure the customer’s needs are met. I took a pair of glasses back within the 30 days, and she was quick to make it right! Will definitely go back.

Literally the best doctor ever!

This is the best experience I have had for any medical related appointments. Dr. Thi was very thorough and explained all of her points in details and listened to my concerns. The three ladies at the counter were also amazing and so sweet and inviting and helpful, I am so glad to have made the drive to this optometrist location.

Good place to get glasses. I appreciate that it's connected to/within the same office as my optometrist. There's a good selection of glasses and lens options, and the service was great. Everything was handled in the time expected and I'm enjoying my new glasses.

Excellent caring and professional team. Took a family member here for follow-up after major surgery. While the appointment was longer than expected, it was by far the most thorough examination which was much appreciated. Also, I was pleased to be able to access the visit summary online. Dr. Dzhaber and her team were awesome! I highly recommend.

I came to the Mass Eye and Ear Emergency Department in a lot of pain and anxiety, not knowing what was wrong with my eye. Despite a long wait, seeing Dr. Michael Berry made it completely worth it. He was incredibly attentive, thorough, and kind — the kind of doctor who makes you feel truly cared for, not just seen. He took the time to examine me carefully, explained everything clearly, and his calm, gentle manner instantly put me at ease. Dr. Berry is a rare gem. I left feeling reassured and well taken care of.
