This place has the friendliest people. Having the lab there on site makes it super fast! I left to run errands and before I was even done, my glasses were made. The lenses are high quality. I highly recommend this place.

I have always gotten great service at this Towson location from the doctors and customer service representatives. However, I must mention the extraordinary attention and help I got from General Manager, Mr.Jamal Crudup today. Mr. Crudup was professional, personable and knowledgeable.He anticipated and provided assistance that I didn't even know I needed. He went above and beyond and it was very pleasant dealing with him!

Doctor Thompson had saved my sight more than once..I have weak eyes and have been going to him for over 12 years..his staff has always been kind and friendly and I would and have recommended him to others..sometimes emergencies come up and the wait is longer but I’ve probably been one of those early morning surgeries so I’ll wait while he is providing care for someone else.

My hubby and I were there yesterday and received excellent care. The ladies at the front desk were very kind and accommodating. Anita and Dr Nez went above and beyond trying to make our experience as painless as possible. Thank you all for all you do.

Fixed my glasses even though I originally bought the glasses elsewhere. Didn't even charge me for it. Definitely a kind fellow and knows his way around a pair of glasses.

Dr. Mota was excellent and thorough! She addressed any concerning questions I had, and even recommended therapeutic products for my overall eye care experience. There’s even a nice variety of frames available. Would definitely recommend.

I’ve been a patient of Perspectives for a awhile now and every visit to their office has been a wonderful experience. Everyone I’ve worked with is kind, enthusiastic, competent, knowledgeable, and caring. Even though I’m only in once a year, they make me feel welcomed and special, like I’m an old friend. Their glasses selection is top notch. They carry a number of quality brands. Shout out to Nikki, who always finds me a pair that I adore and goes above and beyond to assure my glasses fit well and are comfortable before I leave the store. Thank you Nikki!

Dr Medina was wonderful and good. He is as knowledgeable as the others. It’s just that it seemed that I didn’t get the solution to my eye problem.

I am very happy to say that having Dr. Airiani as my doctor has been a wonderful experience. She is very caring, thoughtful and extremely knowledgeable and her staff is just wonderful. I constantly advise my friends to go to her for expert and compassionate care.
