Been going here for several years now. Recently made an appointment for an exam. Receptionist was rude and acted like she didn't care. Still went to the appointment. Chalked up the phone call as maybe she was just having a bad day. Big mistake on my part. I was the first appointment of the day. Lady behind the desk was rude. Acted like I was interrupting her day. After waiting a half hour while she spoke to another employee about car repairs they finally took me back for the exam. The lady in scrubs was just as rude. She played it off that she was new and didn't know my history. Fair enough reason except, like I said, been going there for years and seen her several times in the past. I walked out without getting the exam.

Everyone was very nice and helpful and seemed very knowledgeable. I was given plenty of time to pick new frames...and fully informed on my visit. Would recommend to anyone looking for a new optometrist to go to Pearle Vision.

Great experience from start to finish. My daughter and I had examinations done, quickly and easily. Easy scheduling, and Leida was very helpful with recommending glasses and ensured we were pleased with our selections. Leida provided great service throughout the entire process, the Doctors were professional and answered our questions, and we will definitely continue utilizing their services. Highly recommend.

From the very first consultation appointment, all the way to surgery day, I felt complete confidence in the team at Toledo Lasik. Ray is so friendly, kind, and explained everything on the financial side in detail so I knew exactly what to expect. Dr. Jee performed the SMILE procedure on my eyes, and was also very personable and competent. She really made me feel at ease, and I did not feel nervous at all during the procedure. Not even 24 hours post op, I was seeing 20/20, after 33 years of wearing glasses/lenses at a very high prescription (my eye doctor explained that my vision was previously 20/900!) A week post op, I am seeing 20/15…even my eye doctor is dumbfounded at the results I am experiencing, and kept repeating how “truly remarkable” my results are! I am healing well, and I could not be happier!

Dr. Sharpe and the team were outstanding during my recent eye appointment. Dr. Sharpe was incredibly thorough, taking the time to explain every detail in a way that made me feel comfortable and confident in my care. His professionalism and warmth made the experience not only informative but also enjoyable. The other staff members, particularly Evan, were equally kind and attentive, ensuring everything ran smoothly from start to finish. Their teamwork and dedication made the whole process seamless. I’m grateful for such an exceptional experience and highly recommend Dr. Sharpe and his wonderful team!

Dr. Nissen is incredibly nice and patient. You can really tell she cares about her patients. She answers all of my questions, and all of the staff are so welcoming! Wide selection of frames, the optician is really helpful and fun to pick out glasses with.

It was an amazing experience. The people are wonderful. The facility is very well kept, staff is friendly, curious and professional. With the emotional stress that one sometimes carries when experiencing eye issues, the doctors and staff at the Geneva Eye Clinic make it easier to move forward with confidence that you’re getting the best help possible. I have been a patient of Dr Jeffrey Huang for over a year, following a lense replacement surgery that he performed. Major work on your eye is scary enough, but Dr Huang and his staff were extremely competent, professional and patient. The equipment in the office is state of the art and Dr. Huang was never in a hurry. There was plenty of time to answer questions. I would recommend Dr Huang to anyone needing eye surgery.

Be prepared to wait 3 hours the worse. DR DO NOT RESPECT YOUR TIME...CARELESS, POOR BEDSIDE MANORS....MY HUSBAND AND I BOTH THEY GAVE USE THE WRONG PRESCRIPTION FOR GLASSES..I woulnt take my dog to them

Dr. Noah Eger is amazing, caring, and very knowledgeable. I have been a patient for over 20 years. Everyone in his office is very professional and considerate. The appointments are on time and very informative. You will not find a better doctor anywhere—fabulous eye care professionals. Thanks for all of your care over the years!
