Dr Isbill is a very nice doctor and the ladies in the front are lovely. What with the holidays last month it took a few weeks to get my glasses instead of the week predicted (after New Year's), and I find the shorter Monday to Thursday they're open strange, but if it helps them be their best, then I can't complain much at all. They have a great selection of eye glasses abd the ladies in the front were lovely, understanding and kind. I only met briefly with Dr. Isbill, but I like him and if I ever need new glasses I'd be happy to visit again.

This place is honestly the best. Everyone that works in there was a joy to be around and Dr.Salazar was literally so great!!! She had such a great sense of humor and made mine and my daughters eye exam so fun. I will for sure be returning to this office! Can’t say one negative thing.

Great selection of frames, attentive Visionworks specialists, fast turnover time (got mine 4 days early), fantastic assistance getting glasses adjusted. Overall wonderful experience.

Dr.Dvorzsake has been great every time that I've gone here. He's been very friendly and welcoming which is the reason I chose to keep coming back.

The young people were great. The Doctor was sullen if not rude. Didn't want to take time to be sure the vision was correct. In short, the glasses are not correct. I'll just call it a loss.

Dr. Kawata is an awesome optometrist! I have never had a problem with this group and they are all very sweet and helpful. They actually went above and beyond in two different scenarios. So, thank you!

My husband and I saw Dr. T (who was highly recommended per reviews) for the first time and she was amazing!! I have never had a better experience during an eye exam. She made us feel extremely welcomed and comfortable and even dealt with our crazy 2 year old we had to bring along. She explained everything to us in depth and really made sure we understood. We highly recommend her and we will be going back to her until she retires! :) The front desk staff and techs were also extremely welcoming and made us feel right at home!

My eye exam appointment was great. Dr. Wendy Tam is very friendly, detailed and expressed a genuine interest in my concerns or questions. She explains the various steps of the exam as she is going through them so I knew what to expect and what she was trying to accomplish. Melinda and Mark assisted me and we’re both very professional, friendly and efficient.

Terrible customer service they don’t answer the phone they don’t care about customer just because I arrived 5 minutes later they told me to re schedule my appointment I will said to people staying away from this bad vibe place

They take forever for everything!!! When i came to get my eyes checked it took 6 hours to wait! And i was attended for only 35 mins throughout those 6hrs -_- Now i came for my glasses and i have to wait like if i was getting checked again! Why cant people just come and pick up their glasses and leave?! Why wait for freaking hours?!
