EyeQ Optometry is a fraud. I been customer here for 1 year and their glasses are overpriced. I came in for a visit when my glasses got broke after 2 months of replacing new lenses with them. The receptionist named “Ngan” was unprofessional. She didn’t ask if I still have active insurance, or tell me if my glasses have any insurance left. She just told me to pay for a new frame and helped the other “white” guy with gladly attitude. She makes sure he got what he is looking for. For me, the receptionist never bother to look me, just faced down her computer and ask me to pay money. I questioned her about my insurance and told her about my situation, the coworkers laugh at me and talked behind my back. Please avoid this business at all cost!

The only bad part about having Kaiser Insurance is having to deal with their Vision Center. Sarah is literally awful. Customer service? Don’t know her! Being kind to your patients goes a long way no matter the situation. I’ve also had them order glasses for me and they showed up in the wrong color. They tried to gaslight me that I ordered red glasses? I didn’t. I ordered brown just like the display model that I tried on but ok. I had to escalate the issue with the manager although that isn’t saying much because he wasn’t as helpful. Overall, steer clear of here if you can. I will be getting a different vision plan next year and pay an additional monthly fee just to avoid this nightmare of a place… maybe recommend this place to your worst enemy.

Dr. Oh is amazing! Very lovely, nice, and knowledgeable. She explained everything so well about eye comfort and eye care. The staff is also super friendly and always responds quickly. Highly recommend!

The doctor is good and fanny the place is good and clening

Our family used to see Dr. Kozlov when she was at a practice near our home. When we found her after she moved to Buffalo Grove, we quickly moved to her new practice. Dr. Kozlov does a great job explaining things and offering ideas and options. She is compassionate and caring. I wish she was closer to my home, but I’ll continue to make the 40+ minute drive to get great care.

AN AMAZING EXPERIENCE! Rhonda was a real treasure and helped ensure my brother and I found the best glasses we could! So thankful and can’t wait to get my glasses in! Eric is also so kind and has helped me in past appointments! The doctor and staff are all truly so amazing! 13/10 experience!

Don’t waste your time and money!!!! That's a nightmare place. Don't go there! My eyelid was damaged by Alice Hong! I had a stye on my eyelid. Docter Hong did 2 surgeries and 3 injections, I kept going back to her for months, the stye never go away. And she damaged my eyelid, and I had to do a reconstruction surgery to repair. My eyelid was damaged and stye is still there!!!!! Wasted me months to visit and wait in their office and finally damaged my eyelid!!

I visited Portland Eye Clinic for the first time today for an eye exam. I was very impressed by the care to get things right that Tam Nguyen had with me. She did more tests than I was used to at the other place I usually go to and is even going to let me try different options for comfort and fit before actually purchasing my contacts for the year. Though I only came here because it was in my network for care, I will continue coming here for my eye care needs and yes I will be purchasing my contacts here when we find what suits me best.

The entire staff is warm, welcoming and professional. There was no wait time and my eye exam was efficient and thorough. Dr. Kramer is gentle and extremely knowledgeable. She made great recommendations and I appreciate being able to see the world clearly again. I highly recommend her practice.
