Dr. Anna Santillan at Henry Ford OptimEyes located in Bloomfield Hills, is amazing! I highly recommend her! Everyone in the office makes you feel welcomed and comfortable. Dr. was friendly, patient and understanding; answering all my questions and giving me all the time needed for a complete eye exam. Her fast efficiency techniques shows her knowledge and experience. You can tell she has a passion for her profession. I am so happy I found her……I trust her and I know that I am in good hands!

I have had only excellent experiences with EyeCare at the Cove and Dr. Nguyen. The eye test experience is extremely thorough and there is more equipment which is new and high tech compared to my previous optometrist (no disrespect to Dr. Trainer who was terrific. RIP). Their pricing is great and Dr. Nguyen is very friendly and personable and takes his time in a good way to explain things. It just feels like a very thorough and professional process. But everything is also very efficient. From booking, to punctual start time and easy billing. Their dedication to excellence is noticeable. You can tell they have purposefully curated this consistent perfect customer experience. I’ve been twice so far and will definitely keep coming back. They have a great selection of frames too! I highly recommend and feel in very good hands here. 5-Star well earned!

I was very pleased with Dr. Winslow’s eye exam and found him very informative. Excellent bedside manner as well.

I had a wonderful experience at Dr. Francisco J. Morales’ office! I didn’t have an appointment for my granddaughter, but they still worked her in, which I truly appreciated. The entire staff, including Dr. Morales, was super friendly, patient, and welcoming. They made my granddaughter feel comfortable throughout her exam. She had her eyes dilated and was so excited to pick out two treasures from the pirate chest afterward. It’s the little things like that that make a big difference for children. I highly recommend this office for anyone looking for caring and compassionate eye care!

Dr. Husain and her technicians are amazing. My spouse had cataract surgery on both eyes with no issues. Patient, kind, and caring.

Overall great experience and great customer service my nurse named Karen was very nice and helpful made me feel very comfortable , recommended for everyone who is looking for laser eye surgery !!

I’m very happy to have found Dr. Sober’s practice. Everyone is very friendly and Dr. Sober is very thorough and explains everything to you without rushing. Thank you for taking your time with your patients instead of rushing them out the door. It is appreciated!

From the minute we walked into the door, everyone was courteous, friendly, and very efficient. Tressa,the tech I worked with, was excellent at her job and did everything she could to make sure my visit was comfortable and my questions were answered. Dr. Hildebrand took the time to talk to me. He explained what he found and answered my questions. He's truly the first doctor I've seen at Kleiman that didn't make me feel like they were rushing to get to the next patient, but he was also very efficient. My only negatives are that it is TOO COLD in the waiting area and in the area you have you sit after they call you back. Also, the ladies' restroom was out of order. I can accept that but directions to a working bathroom would be beneficial. Otherwise, I give Kleiman 4.95 stars out of 5. I will continue to use them because they are excellent in my opinion.

Dr. Bircher is always thorough and provides excellent care. I appreciate her attention to detail and the way she explains tests and recommendations to her patients.

The staff is courteous and very patient with patients here. Very clean and nice. The nurses are wonderful. I went for cataracts Dr. Carpenter is amazing. I felt comfortable, he and Izzy made sure to inform me of everything. I can't thank staff nurses and of course Dr. Carpenter and Izzy enough.
