Absolutely love Specs Appeal! I had my eye exam there that went very smoothly with Dr. Jennifer Friehe. Then, when I picked out glasses, Veronica helped me narrow down my choices and had me set up to go very quickly. Dr. Jennifer even complimented me on my choice. Specs appeal has a very kind, welcoming, and supportive atmosphere!! I highly recommend

One of the best optometrist offices I’ve been in. All the staff Was very helpful very friendly and the doctor was amazing. The doctor explained everything that he was doing and why and asked questions and didn’t rush me. He took his time to explain stuff so I understood. Ashli was very helpful and provided constructive input on how to pick glasses. Dr. Kelly is very friendly and shows a strong sense of empathy when dealing with our vision. This is not just a cookie cutter optometry. When you come here you are treated as family and not just another customer.

If you want excellent care for retinal conditions; clinical expertise of the doctors, I highly recommend this practice. The visit process is efficient, and prompt screening and testing. The staff are very professional and courteous. My doc was smart, straight forward and considerate. The practice worked with my financial challenges, and did not pressure me to pay and kept providing services, without question!
