Officer Manager Liz was a pleasure to meet. Both very professional and quite friendly. I am a new patient. She made me feel comfortable and at ease. The technician Orlando [ my memory is weak - so I may not have the correct name] was also a pleasure to work with. His instructions were clear and his techniques were carried with confidence and a warm personality. We had a fun time talking about food topics- he had studied to be a chef. Dr. Harris is a young man, brimming with confidence and knowledge. Pleasant to deal with. And he delivered some great news: I am 71, with a family history of dry macular degeneration. There were no signs of that pretty bad eye problem - and my eyesight was in that classically good range of 20-20. I kidded that I was hoping for 20-10. I will gladly return in 1 year. Highly recommended team!!

We always feel at home getting our vision care at ECOA. Yesterday was our routine exam and 2 days before was my medical aspect testing. Both days were greeted by cordial professionals from check-in, check-out, exams and optical department We can now rest at ease.

Just closed down, sold the practise to a company in El Paso (like I'm going to drive all the way down there) and absolutely no notice to patients! Not very professional!

The White Doctor in her late or early 40s treated my mother, and me a couple weeks ago. For my experience I don’t understand why they couldn’t let me know my prescription before dilating my eyes, when I told them that. Most likely to make more money, regardless I was like whatever, let’s just move on….The main thing I’m EXTREMELY DISAPPOINTED with is this Doctor and her bedside manner. My mom went to eye checked for her prescription and this provider rushed her, when my mom told her to slow down, instead of listening she proceeded to rush through the whole process. My mom voiced her concern to the front desk ofc. I too work in health care, it’s a shame that my mother got treated this way. Don’t work in healthcare, if you hate it and are burnt out. Also, there’s no reason you should be a provider in a area with seniors and minorities if you can’t treat or respect them or do the bare minimum such as LISTEN.. I had been coming here as a teenager, and I still decided to even after moving to Long Island… THIS PLACE HAS GONE DOWNHILL

The service is great, the people are helpful. My husband has been coming for years. They have a good selection of frames with good price points. I feel bad bringing the rating down as the service is good and they tried to remedy the issue, but I wouldn’t have gotten my glasses if knew I would have the issue I had. There’s no way to separate the service rating from the product rating. I’m going to pay out of pocket new lenses in my old frames somewhere else and donating the brand new glasses from BJs. Every time I see the new glasses, all I see is that I didn’t get what I wanted and that’s what I’ll see every time I put them on. The frames look great, other than the thicker than usual lenses.
The lens supplier appears unable to make thin lenses. I’ve gotten thin lenses in my frames for more than a decade with no issues. We sent my glasses back once for thinner lenses (which I absolutely asked for the first time) and they came back minimally better for the second pair. My prescription hasn’t changed much from my last pair of glasses. In fact, one eye had a lower prescription this time. I wish they had been upfront that the lenses equivalent to my older glasses were not available through their current lens provider and I would have gone elsewhere. Or maybe something with these frames don’t allow the thinner lenses to be used- I don’t know and it no longer matters. If you are accustomed to ordering thinner lenses, ask for the diagram most places show you to make sure you get what you want. My older glasses are about the same size frame, so someone out there does thinner lenses for frames this size.

Both my wife and I shopped for new glasses at Eyemart Express and had a great experience.
No hassle, no hard sell, just great customer service in picking out our desired frames and help fulfilling our insurance allowed lenses.
Then, our glasses were ready in less than an hour, and when we returned to pick them up, they were both perfect.
Had them a week, and still perfect.
Definitely will recommend.

My husband, children and I have been going to Dr. Fiddler for about 4 years now. He is a fantastic eye doctor! He is friendly and professional. He is very thorough and takes his time with me and my family. He explained everything very clearly to me when going over the pictures taken of my eye. He told me about a freckle on my eyeball, which I thought was odd and interesting at the same time. He told me about the blood vessels and what he is looking for when he looks at those and the different diseases he is looking for that could be associated with it. He compared the pics from my last exam with the most current one to show me the similarities and differences. And, he didn’t seem to get impatient with me when I would ask him to switch between lenses several times to determine the clearer view (I hate that part). The staff in his office are really friendly and professional too. I highly recommend Dr. Fiddler!

Luis was great! I was unsure about what style frames, and he knew what to pull, and they look great on me. Luis made my experience comfortable, and I will definitely be back/recommend because of his service. The doctor was great too, very nice, and knowledgeable.

The facility was impeccably clean and very welcoming. I loved my nurse that greeted me and ran me through my tests. Dr. Harooni was engaging, kind, and thorough. The only complaint I have is if we have to wear masks when we enter the facility (which I wholeheartedly support) I would ask the same of the person who is checking me in, as she did not wear her mask, while everyone else was in the office was wearing theirs. Other than that I would highly recommend Dr. Harooni and the medical staff. Thanks for a great experience.

Literally the best. I’ve been suffering with a watery eye and he is the only doctor I’ve seen that made me feel like I wasn’t crazy and actually fixed it! The staff is wonderful too.
