Having my annual eye exam is always a quick and easy process at Lentz. The staff create a comfortable atmosphere. The doctor is very efficient and thorough. She always takes the time to explain what she’s doing and answer any questions. I moved to the west side a couple of years ago but I continue to use Lentz on Ridge Road. I highly recommend them.

Got my insurance referral for Cataract surgery with Dr. Tran, at first everything seems ok for the checkup office visit and measurements they schedule surgery on Feb., two days before surgery their staff call and said your insurance company does not allow exception for surgical center they have chosen. so, they have to cancel it w/o further explanation saying they will work on it. Never hear back from them, also they mixed up my phone number with another patient; the surgical center keeps calling me for other person's appointment very bad admins.

Everyone is very helpful and explain what they are doing. The waiting time is short. Everyone has been very helpful and pleasant.

Saw her for a general visit in May 2022. She was very sweet and and answered all my questions.

This is by far the best experience I think I’ve ever had getting my eyes examined. The doctor was absolutely amazing and attentive. I have never felt that an optometrist has worked this hard to fine-tune things for the best prescription possible. I also want to complement the young man who helped me check out and get my frames fitted properly. He was an exceptionally polite and professional young man who went out of his way to ensure I had a great customer experience. Extremely satisfied customer.

I have been buying my kids glasses here for two years and I have had the best experience with this location off the gateway. They are fast, efficient and have the best prices. The glasses themselves are durable and they make them quick! Thanks for helping us out!

Dr. Bui has been fantastic. We were 2 of his original patients. Without him, my spouse would be blind. He saved his eyesight. He was a patient of another local doctor who use laser for everything. Dr. Bui was able to go in and remove the scars created by the laser and corrected his sight. Dr. Bui is concerned with the health of your eyes. Go Doc.

Eyes of Hermosa is the absolute best. The doctors are wonderful and take their time with you. And the staff is so incredibly friendly and helpful. Now that I have found Hermosa Eyes, I will never go anywhere else.

Excessive wait times and poor communication with patients. On two different occasions I've had to call them and ask for lab results as they haven't followed through to contact me.

Ladies that answer the phone & work the desk are HATEFUL. And rude. The doctor could be great but it’s unfortunate that you have to deal with these ladies to get an appointment with him.

Clarence Eye care is truly caring staff. Dr Murphy listens and will answer all your eye questions. The staff is very polite and helpful. I highly recommend.
