VERY RUDE CUSTOMER SERVICE!!! I scheduled an appointment with the automated system for today Friday 11/3/23. I just called today to confirm if the appointment is for 3pm or 3:45. The automated system stated the appointment was for 11/10/23. I requested for a rep and a very, very, rude rep answered the phone and did not resolve anything.. The rep was not even listening to what I was saying to her, she kept saying your appointment is next week, we don't have anything for today. She hanged up when I requested for her name and a manager.

Myself and my kids have been coming for YEARS and always feel welcomed and Joana is very helpful and supportive. Dr is very helpful and kind. My parents just started coming as well and they love it!

Dr Kubo is THE BEST optometrist I’ve had!!! 100% at the top of his field. He is professional, thorough and personable and completely transparent with pricing. No high pressure sales or unexpected charges. I have been a patient here for years. The office manager Deborah is a star! She’s kind, upbeat and knowledgeable and happy to advise you on your best options. I love this place and continue to leave impressed. Thank you Dr Kubo 🫶🏼

Dr. Shana Brafman is a godsend! I have been dealing with eye irrataitons for the last 9 months with no resolve in sight. I've visited the Eye Institute countless times and never had my eye issues resolved permently; just a temporary fix. I have also seen a couple of Optometrists and an Allergist to no avail. I was finally at my wits end and called the Eye Institute again to get in on an emergency visit and was blessed to be referred to Ms. Brafman. Not only did she tell me what was wrong with my eyes, she fixed the irratation. My eyes have expereienced pain, burning, sand like feeling, blurry vision, reddness, and tearing. It is 90% better and I can't be happier. Thank you Dr. Brafman.

I recently had the pleasure of visiting America's Best in Grand Prairie and had the most amazing experience with Dr. Tran. From the moment I walked in, I was warmly welcomed by the staff, creating a comfortable and inviting atmosphere. Dr. Tran's exceptional care and professionalism truly stood out throughout my visit. Dr. Tran's friendly demeanor and welcoming smile immediately put me at ease. He took the time to explain every aspect of the eye examination and the results in a way that was easy to understand. His patience and willingness to answer any questions I had made the entire experience feel personalized and tailored to my needs. Not only was Dr. Tran professional and knowledgeable, but he also displayed a genuine and caring approach that made me feel like more than just another patient. It's evident that he is passionate about his work and genuinely cares about the well-being of his patients. My experience at America's Best, thanks to Dr. Tran and the amazing staff, was nothing short of exceptional. I wholeheartedly give this location a 10/10 rating, and I would highly recommend Dr. Tran to anyone seeking expert eye care. Thank you, Dr. Tran, for making my visit such a great experience!

Um, yes! I came in here with such audacity on a Saturday around 3pm knowing they close at 6 and needing glasses same day as they’re closed on Sunday. I was rushing because I knew I would have to squint all day Monday at work and I just couldn’t do it. When I got there everyone greeted me and some came right to me to see how they could help. I explained that I was needing the glasses today and the associate didn’t even flinch lol he was like cool go get your frames and let’s get them into production. So I actually got two pair of designer frames for the price of one. $159.99 out the door and yes, they were ready by 5pm that same day. So I understand this is what they’re known for and that is what is to be expected. What was amazing to me is that I came in late in the day, I had my 3 young children with me and even though I sat them down and put them on their tablets asking them to sit quietly, that only lasted 5 minutes before they were up ready to touch everything. The staff was so understanding and was able to help me, answered my 5 million questions and kept reassuring me my kids were fine and not to stress. We finished up pretty fast. The woman who helped me was so sweet and hilarious and we even got to talk about football. She was rooting for the Detroit Lions, but even with such a flaw I still like her 😂, just kidding she was great, go Lions! 10/10 service and product, I recommend this location, absolutely!

I brought my 77 year old father in today. My father is in a wheelchair and everyone showed patience as we navigated ourselves throughout the lobby and examination room. From the receptionist to the nurses and finally Dr. Saba Nawazish, all kind people who made my father's experience a good one. I would recommend them.

Most of the staff are nice people. But the billing staff (Dr. Wangs wife) was very rude to me. She would cut me off quite a bit. I questioned her about charges on my bill, which she was not helpful with, then she put me on hold mid sentences and transferred me to Dr. Wang; who said my phone call was "crippling the office, and people can't do their jobs". Then he would start talking about his overhead costs to operate. As if he was doing me some sorta favor by seeing me.

Amazing service and staff is always super friendly and very helpful.
