Amazing experience. Had an appointment with Dr. Rowland, she was so professional and graceful. The entire appointment from start to finish was quick, efficient and with outstanding results. Highly recommend for any procedure/consult. Truly a great experience!

Certainly not the best experience. I was left with an expensive bill which included a MRI, and still no answer for the cause of my eye condition. The doctor didn’t even bother to call me back into the office to discuss the results or other plan of care options. I’ve recommended numerous elderly individuals to this practice over the past 10 years in my profession, but after my personal experience I will never again.

my intake was professional and fast; arrived for my 10:05 appointment a bit early and was immediately seen; the ophthalmology assistants were good [Kaila was great] and after all the exams/testing & just before 11:20 I was told to wait and the doctor [Tankeman] would see me soon - which was the sole reason for my visit; I finally left just before noon without seeing the doctor. waiting 40 minutes to confer with the doctor was nonprofessional. while I liked the service leading up to the appointment, I doubt I will return or recommend Bennett & Bloom

My first visit was wonderful. I was happy to find a "mom and pop" atmosphere with a top-notch professional staff. I had some last-minute scheduling issues and they were very flexible to accommodate me. Everyone was friendly and answered any question I could throw at them. I would highly recommend Falls City Eye Care!

Had my first Falls City Eye Care visit and it was great! I was seen by Dr Sutton, who took lots of time walking me through my eye health and best options for contact lenses, she even got me to switch from Dailies to Monthlies, and helped me better understand an allergy I thought was preventing that swap. Super happy with my experience and the service provided by all the supporting staff. They have a great operation and I'll definitely rely on them for my eye care in the future. Oh I got a parking ticket outside like a dumbo so be sure to pay for parking or do research beforehand for nearby free options, don't be like me.

Thorough exams. They made sure to check my insurance prior to my appointment so I receive the maximum coverage. Great counseling about my prescription. Easy to work with! Staff was very kind about updating my lenses at a great price! Lovely experience!

I did the testing and never received a call back about scheduling my surgery. I called and left a message 10 times in 4 weeks. Completely disappointed in the customer service and cannot ever recommend this doctor.

Front desk needs to be trained on how to deal with diverse population like Spanish Speakers. It is not ok to laugh about patients that ask for interpreting services and struggle trying to fill out paperwork. I specifically asked over the phone if they offered interpreting services when I scheduled my mother’s appointment and they said that was not a problem at all. Its 2023 this is no longer acceptable behavior, specially in healthcare. The tech and the doctor were very patient.

Went to Bennett & Bloom for lens replacement surgery as an elective out of pocket surgery in Nov & Dec 2022. After several months of still cloudy vision, went back and was told I needed to have YAG treatment to break up the scar tissue/newly created cataract. It seems that this wasn't included in the original $9,000 that I paid for and I'm now being charged an additional $1,000 for this procedure on both eyes. I am very regretful of having this surgery and if I had known this additional procedure wasn't covered, I may have decided to suffer through the cloudy vision or checked with my Optometrist to see if they would have charged less to do the YAG treatment. I am very disappointed.

Very organized very good customer service and the eye doctor is wonderful. They get people in and out easy but not rushing you either. The girls at the desk are very informative and helpful and you can tell they like their job and they're good at it. Dr Todd has been there for 31 years he must be doing something right and he is. Very nice and confident man who knows what he's talking about. I'm glad I found this place they are going to be my new eye doctor facility.

I love this team of people! Dr. Lewis and his team members all has some skills like no other. I would always go here and highly recommend anyone to go here!
