Dr Yazdan is awesome!! She is VERY thorough. She explained everything about my eye health in detail as well as answered all of my questions. I would highly recommend her to anyone looking for a good optometrist. She’s also very kind with a great ‘bedside manner.’

I scheduled an appointment for 10 am. Months in advance. I have been seeing Dr Hur for 30 years and she’s great. Today I was 9 minutes late for the very FIRST time and they tell me I have to be rescheduled because I was past the 15 minute deadline. That my appmt was at 9:55. What the heck??!! You can’t change the appointment time like that! This is the first time in 30 years I’m late and all of a sudden my appointment time was changed? The front desk has always been awful. I’ve only remained here because I like Dr Hur. Going somewhere else for sure now!! And the front desk was acting like 9:55 was a normal appointment time. Who does that? NO ONE SCHEDULES an appointment at 9:55. You can’t change times like that!

Great experience during my first appointment with Dr. Rottiers for my annual eye exam. She took the time to learn my eye care history and to explain each test and the results. Both Dr. Rottiers and Jonie made me feel comfortable and were very helpful. I’ll be returning!

I found Acuity and Dr. Vale through several friends of mine who had Lasik through him. Because my eyes were very bad at a -10 contact prescription, I wound up having PRK surgery instead. I was nervous about it because of my own anxiety and because PRK has a longer recovery time, but I absolutely do not regret having the surgery and doing it with Dr. Vale. He and his staff are incredibly knowledgeable, professional, and responsive. I've felt assured at every step of the process and thanks to their guidance and recovery plan, I've had a smooth healing process. If I had any questions along the way, the office was receptive and Dr. Vale himself often got on the phone to address my concerns personally. I absolutely recommend this office for anyone considering laser eye surgery.

Dr Yee is a good guy! Always available and approachable. I’ve been going for years and truly appreciate his professionalism. Costco is lucky to have him.
