Very nice staff

Used my connections on Facebook to get referrals for my new eyeglasses/eye doctor, these guys popped up several times… Looks like it’s a family operation so I enjoyed that aspect. These guys were rather militant about the precautions during this Covid era and I’m fine with that also… The doctor himself was about as eccentric as they come, he had me perplexed and mystified, baffled, sometimes lost or confused as to what he was saying and where he was going but I was fully surrendered to him as the master (mad scientist) in his element… being long-winded myself, I could relate and eventually what he was saying made sense. Don’t get me wrong, this is not a negative critique but quite the opposite. He was a very intelligent and unique individual that seemed to know his stuff. Everyone else was so insightful and so helpful and tolerant of my own quirks and squirrliness. The frames they recommended are just awesome and after taking a little time to adjust to the new lenses/prescription I look back on the whole experience as a perfect score! I feel like I might have made some new friends in the process and I easily recommend these guys for your Eyecare needs… five stars!

It is impossible to make an appointment. No one answers the phone ever and you have to wait days for someone to call you back. If you happen to not be able to pick up the call when they happen to call back days later you’re screwed.

I am a kaiser member. They left me a message that my Aug 10th appointment has been cacelled. Please call and reschedule.. I have tried twice to call and line always busy. No explanation as to why it was cancelled and by whom.

It’s difficult to find quality healthcare professionals generally, and for eye care, I’ve been hopping around year to year since moving out to Colorado 7 years because I haven’t found one that carefully examines exam pictures and results and listens to concerns. Location, Atmosphere and Amenities: 5 stars. Easy to locate, plenty of parking, wide array of refreshments, free WiFi, and of course a great selection of glasses and sunglasses. Doctor: I saw Dr. Marc for my annual check up (contacts). His adaptability and efficiency is excellent. As he conducted a quick exam with my contacts and then without. His analysis of scans are thorough and describes what he is seeing, what to be concerned about and even when nothing of concerns, he still takes the time to provide explanations. Most importantly he discusses your prescription and then works WITH you by listening to your preferences. I think the cherry on top was the fact that I wasn’t be sold anything and no one was pushy. (There are other nearby vision places where doctors and technicians are more sales oriented and pushy.) I’d definitely recommend giving this practice a visit.

So I went here for some prescription safety glasses and I was offered help by Jackie and Katherine. Both ladies were extremely helpful, got me what I needed in a professional and timely manner. I highly recommend working with either of them, as they were extremely friendly and helpful.

My sister and I have been attending to this place for years and since the new management took over it's horrible. Their prices are ridiculously expensive! I bought glasses from them and my daughter broke them accidentally. In the past there was a 1yr insurance. Apparently her 3 month old glasses don't have any insurance nowadays. 2 months later I went for contacts, the price per box was ridiculous expensive. They wouldn't take No for an answer. They are so persistent on selling, she would even ask me how much will I pay online. You have to say NO 100 times. I will definitely not be coming back.

Dr McNulty is an outstanding optometrist. His exam is thorough and his diagnostic skills are the best I have seen.. Equally important, he is a collaborative team player working well with my ophthalmologist.

I have been a patient at this clinic for many years and hold them in my highest regard for the care and treatment I have received. Always courteous, professional and effective in improving my eyesight! Doctor Hager is the finest doctor of all types I have known. I wore glasses or contacts for many years. He removed my cataracts and treated my glaucoma and I don't need any correction now. He isn't the only ophthalmologist I have been a patient of but by far the best! I strongly recommend him and this clinic.
