Kalen in particular was very helpful and just generally pleasant and nice. Their 2 for $79 deal is fantastic. I got a free eye exam and two frames for 79 bucks and upgraded one pair of glasses to prescription sunglasses for only 35 dollars more. I saved more than $500 off of what it would have cost me retail and optometrist fees. I don't have insurance and the cost of glasses kept me from replacing my scratched up pair for years. Thanks to Stanton's promotion, I could finally afford new glasses.

Dr. Thompson is a brilliant, thorough, extremely knowledgeable retinal specialist. I called the office Saturday due to a potential retinal tear, and Dr. Thompson immediately called me back and saw me Saturday evening at 5 pm, which was the soonest I could be there after driving back from North Carolina because I trust him and this office alone with my eyesight. He not only checked my eye at issue but thoroughly checked my other eye. Cataract surgery by a different facility in Virginia a few years ago have caused me issues. He answered all my questions and put me at ease and dictated the detailed notes from the visit while I was there so I knew exactly what was going in the chart. There was also another lady who had an eye emergency, and he saw her right after me this Saturday evening. She thorougjly trusts this office also and was a current patient. I highly recommend Dr. Thompson for all of your retinal eye needs.

“I had been eagerly awaiting my mom’s appointment with Dr. Ramin Tayani for two months, only to be met with extreme unprofessionalism and disregard for our time. Our original appointment was rescheduled due to an emergency surgery, which inconvenienced me greatly as I had to adjust my work schedule. We arrived promptly at 9:45 AM for our 10 AM appointment, but the doctor didn’t show up until 11:15 AM. It was evident that he was mot still in the office To make matters worse, his behavior was completely unacceptable – he was chewing gum and sloppy looking. Feeling frustrated and disrespected, I approached the front desk to inquire about the delay. Instead of addressing our concerns, Dr.Tayani told us that he was at the beach and that we were welcome to leave. It was clear that our time and the inconvenience we experienced were of little importance to him. I am appalled by the lack of professionalism displayed by Dr. Tayani Waiting for almost two hours beyond our scheduled appointment time, only to be treated with such indifference, is completely unacceptable. As a patient who had waited for months for this appointment, I expected better treatment and respect for our time. Unfortunately, our experience with Dr. Tayani left us without any examination or assistance, wasting our time and effort. I strongly advise others to reconsider seeking care from Dr. Amin tayani , as his unprofessional behavior and disregard for patients’ time and well-being are deeply concerning.”

I had a great experience at this Midtown MyEyeDr location! (not to be confused with the Peachtree St location, this one is located in the Spire across from Blick Art Materials). Attentive, friendly customer service. Dr. Candace was patient and willing to answer all of my questions. They have updated equipment so that for the eye pressure check they don't use that uncomfortable eye air puff anymore, thank goodness. They also have an option to check your back eye health without needing to dilate, for an extra fee (which they make very clear upfront). I also appreciated at the end they meticulously took the time to cross-check with my insurance to see what benefits I had and what it would cover. They did not pressure me to buy anything and I felt supported in my decisions. I'll certainly be coming back!

I’ve never had such a thorough eye exam. Dr. Mallory took her time and made sure to explain what was happening and was conservative in her treatment plan rather than over prescribing and making it worse in the long run. I’ll definitely be back!

From the moment I walked in, thru the eye exam, to them letting me know my NEW glasses would be ready in 7-10 business days, everyone was extremely friendly & professional My personal highlight was seeing the upclose pics of my eyes and having exactly what i was being shown explained. 10/10 recommend looking forward to my new specs and have found my new eye place

DO NOT COME HERE! Incompetent staff, reschedules your appointment 3-4 times, calls with wrong patient name to schedule appointments, don’t dare come for contacts and glasses checked in for both and made it clear I was present to pick up both. Then they proceed to tell me I need to wait for processing (20min) when I arrived early to get this taken care of. Front desk proceeds to say they weren’t aware when the doctor approached them. After this occurrence front desk no longer said a word to me or even thanked me for my visit that was a complete disservice. Took 2 months for them to finalize my prescription for both contacts and glasses. If you have a life avoid this place at all costs. Have spent countless hours trying to finalize everything. No sense of urgency, accountability, or sense of direction here. Also the displays are organized such as this in the photo, very organized for ease of shopping.

Got both prescription clear and sunglasses from this location. Very professional and straight forward service. Had the frames I wanted and when problems arose, they directed me exactly where to go to fix the issues. Would recommend if you want high quality glasses done with eye exam.
