Visit was a pleasure. Had the most intellectual conversation I've had in a while, I truly appreciate the clairvoyance. Qb expeditiously simplified my shopping, not often I feel I got exactly what I wanted without a bunch of fluff. Will be the only people I see for the foreseeable future.

Susan Kessler MD is simply AMAZING! Went to my MD with complaints of a lasting headache. Was sent to Dr Kessler. After several tests showed my optic nerves were inflamed. She ordered an MRI of my brain and contacted a Neuro-Surgeon for an appointment. Was not contacted by his staff. so Dr Kessler's staff got on it called and made the appointment. MRI shows fluid in my optic nerves and brain. Waiting on next steps to see if this can be taken care of. I just can't speak any higher praise then Dr Kessler and her staff are simply AMAZING. I appreciate them whole-heartedly. Thank Dr Kessler and your staff

Sam goes out of his way to help the customer! I have taken multiple problems to him (regarding glasses bought elsewhere) that he has fixed for free, or tried tried a remedy for, or has given useful suggestions to help resolve. The customer is treated like a friend, and is not nickel-and-dimed along the way. I highly recommend this shop!

Two hours waiting time every time you have appointment. Waiting on the doctor to see you. Most of the time the doctor isn’t even there but they still set you up for appointment. If you have two hours to spare out of your busy schedule this is the place for you.

Haven't even had an exam at this place yet, and I have to write this bad review . I had an appointment scheduled for Saturday at 12:05. I walk in, and only 2 ladies are inside. I tell them I have an appointment. One of the ladies tells me we tried to call you. I didn't get ANY phone call from ANYONE!! The lady tells me that they have to close early because they are short staffed. Ok, how does that stop you from doing your job?! I live about a 5 minute drive from this America's best, I got to the store around 11:59. After I left the store, I got an email around 12:02 saying my appointment had been canceled! How hard is it to have sent me an email a few hours BEFORE my appointment time to let me know you're going to close early?? Edit of my review: I finally had my appointment today at 4. The place was empty, so I got done pretty fast. The only thing I didn't like was that they first tried to charge me for an exam when I had the eye care plan. I told the receptionist lady that I had the eye care plan when she asked me about insurance. Second, they tried to charge me 20 for a pre exam that I never asked for. I've been to other America's best, and they had me sign a paper asking me if I wanted the exam or not, this one, however, did not. The lady did take off the $20 from my total, but still, it's really deceiving to try to charge someone for an exam that they didn't ask for. Won't be coming back to this location again. Thankfully, I can order my contacts online so I won't have to worry

Very thorough exam in an efficient manner! Dr Marbun listens well and I walked out feeling confident about the prescription he gave me. The office was clean, modern and easy to get to within a Target store (which is convenient if you need to do shopping after). The front ladies were helpful in finding new glasses at the best price. They checked all the offers to make sure I got the lowest price. Will definitely go back!

I have gotten glasses on 2 separate occasions and it has always been a wonderful experience! Never have I been to a place where you can get new glasses ready in as little as an hour. Owner is such an attentive person and provides unbelievably amazing service.
