I had a wonderful experience at OC Eye Designs. The staff was extremely helpful from the minute I walked in. Dr. Shafi was very professional and explained everything very clearly. Sherri was amazing. She took her time with me, helping me find the perfect frames and providing honest feedback. Overall I was very impressed.

Dr.Pulaski and everyone in the office the best if we can give 10 stars I will rate it 15

Receptionist was very rude on the phone for no reason. I hope the other staff is nicer...

Very bad customer service make you feel they do not want your business, I went there wait for 1/2 hours for someone to help and then asked me if I have appointments, no appointment required unless you need an eye exam . Why she did not tell me so when I waited for her for 1/2 hours

I recently visited Washington Eyecare for an eye examination. While the office was efficient, my overall experience lacked the warmth and professionalism I expected. At the front desk, the staff member addressed me only as “George” because she could not pronounce my last name. At 64 years old, I believe a simple “Mr. George” would have shown respect, especially since I noticed another patient who was not a person of color being addressed as “Mr.” followed by his last name. That difference stood out to me and made me uncomfortable. The young lady who performed my preliminary testing was wonderful — friendly, professional, and personable. She was truly the highlight of my visit. However, the doctor’s bedside manner left much to be desired. She was very matter-of-fact and did not even introduce herself; I had to ask for her name. While she did provide useful information regarding my eyesight, the interaction felt rushed, impersonal, and transactional. The overall atmosphere felt more like an “in and out” operation rather than a practice focused on patient care and comfort. I could not help but feel that my experience may have been influenced by my insurance coverage. Regardless of insurance, every patient deserves to feel respected, welcomed, and valued. I will return only to pick up my glasses, but unfortunately, I would not return as a patient or recommend the practice based on my experience.

I highly recommend them. They went beyond the call of dut for me. They give great customer service. Becca 😍was truly amazing. She was very patient with me and her personality is outstanding. 😊The other lady was very impatient and short with customers and some refused to see her and waited on BECCA to become available 🥰. I'm so happy that I was next in line to see her 🙌Becca along with Kirk are very professional , personable and proficient 👍🏽 Even the guys in the lab were very personable and friendly. I was excited about getting my BRAND NEW GLASSES 🕶️ and they were READY BEFORE I LEFT 💜💜💜

Amazing experience with this LensCrafters. Everyone here was very nice and kind. I felt completely comfortable with everyone there and that doesn't happen often with my anxiety. The Dr took the time to help me and it didn't feel rushed or like I was just another person to get in and get out. The young gentleman in front really took his time to help me pick out the perfect pair of glasses and I didn't feel rushed to make a quick decision.
