My visit was excellent. Everyone was nice and helpful. It was hassle free! And I have Jazmin who helped me with my glasses, she was amazing. She was patient with me and help fix my old broken glasses.

I had a great experience with doctors and staff at Adelson LASIK. I can see 20/15 two days later on my post check. Highly recommend anyone needed eyes lasik!

Dr Dewan did great job on my Cataract Surgery. Procedure was completed successfully and without issues, exactly as described. The Doctor called to check on my condition the evening of the surgery to confirm all was well and if there were any issues or questions.

This was my first time getting eyelash extensions and Chloe did an amazing job on them! It looks so natural and feel light weight! They know what is best for your eyes!

I went here once earlier this year but probably won't be going back as I left feeling a little unimpressed. During my visit I was handed off to at least 3 different people (including the Dr). It seems like the doctor may be staggering appointments so she is seeing other patients while you get the standard tests done. This may be fine for others but it does not work for me. Additionally, I was charged for a contact fitting that I did not need nor ask for. I have been wearing contacts for at least 15 years. I have been wearing the same type for at least 10 of those years with no complaints. This added a significant amount of time to my appointment and at the end of it all I ended up in the EXACT same type of contact that I arrived in and have been wearing for most of my contact wearing life. If it's not broken don't fix it.

The employee Miya and another lady were extremely pleasant, helpful, and professional. I didn't have not one issue during my entire experience. I guarantee this is the Best Optical center, if it's not true, I will pay for you to be let down elsewhere, so you can see I was correct.

I have been a patient for almost 20 years and always receive great service and the information necessary to make informed decisions. Even after leaving the Hampton Roads area I still come up for my annual checks with Dr. Wallace. Haven't found a comparable facility in my new location.

I would give this emergency room 0 rating if it’s possible. Its registration staff is so rude and lack empathy. They don’t care if patient is child with eye injury. I waited for more than an hour without even hearing back for triage. Had to leave for Boston Children’s Hospital in uber with my child who was not able to hear pain in his eye but this people never cared.

I have always had courteous and professional service at Allina Health in Chaska MN. They are very up to date on guidelines and recomandations from the CDC and American journal of medicine as well as other sources. We always discuss for MY situation what I feel would be best for me, instead of it HAS to be this way because...…… They let me make my own choice and we discuss pros and cons of that choice. So I do feel that I am in control of my own health care which I believe is very important for my health and wellbeing.

This review is about poor costumer service and NOT reflective of Dr Moritas work. I ordered my glasses with my own frames and it took more than 4 weeks for them to be ready. Upon receiving the frames I was given the wrong frames. I'm not happy with this and the lady didn't take any responsability in my case.
