I have been going to the Eastside Eye Physician’s office for many years (actually since they were located in the Professional Building located at St. John Hospital in Detroit). Dr. Krasnick has been my doctor throughout the years and I have always appreciated him and his staff. After being advised for the past two years that I was going to need cataract surgery, the day finally arrived in June 2023. My experience throughout the entire process was wonderful. All available options were explained, which aided me in making the right decision on what was the best implant for me. The surgical center staff was exceptional and hats off for their professionalism and kindness. Dr. Krasnick did a wonderful job and I am completely satisfied with the results. Also, a shout-out to Dr. Clune, who filled in for one of my post-op office visits. I would suggest to everyone who is seeking a good ophthalmologist, to look no further than to East Side Eye Physicians!

The doctor is super nice and informative. He definitely takes his time with you. Great selection on glasses I thought. I would give it a 5 star if the lady behind the desk didn't seem like you ticked her off. The girl in the scrubs was nice.

My eye exams with Dr. Helen are always amazing. She is very kind and patient. And of course an amazing doctor ! She explains things very well and makes me feel comfortable.

Jessie was the biggest help I’ve had in the longest time! I came in not able to see a thing and brought my prescription in and had glasses in less than an hour which she helped me choose durability with small children and cost effectiveness as well. Her personality was radiating and her willingness to help me was a breath of fresh air! Give this girl a raise because she deserves it! Anyone in need of glasses should ask for Jessie. Of course everyone there was friendly but I was lucky enough to get with Jessie.

I've been going here for 10 years and have had such a great experience with Dr. Loretta and staff. She was able to control my contact prescription from increasing year to year by putting me on bifocal contact lenses. Most recently I had an issue with my eyes being red and irritated upon wearing my contacts so I went to Urgent Care in which they prescribed antibiotics since they said it was pink eye which was wrong. I asked Dr. Loretta about my eyes and she solved my red eye irritation by pinpointing that the eye solution I was using was causing the issue. Thanks to Dr. Loretta for solving my eye problems.

I want to start by saying my daughter is disabled so I have had my far share of doctors and specialist. This is by far one of the worst. They have canceled my daughters appointment 3 times this year. I just got a call from the same lady that does the scheduling and she decided to be rude like she always is. They also stated I could only be seen on 2 days of the week none of those days work for my family's schedule. Instead of trying to help me find a solution she said call back when you can come in on those days. And hung up the phone. I also hate when they talk down to me like if they keep repeating what they said it's going to change something. I wish i got her name but she most certainly shouldn't be working with patients.

Dr. Pelikhatty was so personable and knowledgeable. He really took the time to explain everything so well to myself and my nine year old son that was getting contact lenses for the first time.

Hollywood Vision Center is warm and welcoming. You will always be greeted with a smile. The doctors and staff are amazing, and they use state-of-the-art equipment. I was particularly impressed with how much care and genuine concern that I received. And the service is second to none. I went in for my annual vision exam. The doctor fitted me with contacts, and I also got a pair of glasses. If it is time for you to get your vision checked, Consider calling Hollywood Vision Center first. You will not regret it.

My family and I have been working with Theresa for years. I recommend these opticians wholeheartedly. I recently met Waleska (hopefully spelled close to correctly) and just like Theresa, I ( we ) feel so fortunate to have these quintessential professionals giving us their expert care.

Dr Fineman was awesome. He explained everything he was doing to remove my floaters and he even played the music I wanted in the surgery room. The staff was also very nice.

Wow! Fantastic service & care. I am traveling for business and experienced something in my eye. One phone call, and she said “ Come on in, we’ll see you as quick as we can”. And they did! Dr Joe Pitcavage was empathetic and thorough. I left the office completely rid of pain and discomfort. And as a courtesy, a young lady cleaned and adjusted my current glasses! Thank you all!
