Super friendly staff! This was my first time getting a eye exam and I can't belive how perfect my new glasses are. I can see everything just like when I was a kid. Dr. Rhodes is extremely knowledgeable and helpful answering all my questions and making sure to pin point exactly what is going on. His staff is friendly and very helpful.

Always GREAT service

They gave me a contact lens prescription with a 3 month expiration date. Ridiculous. You can renew your contact prescription online for less than $20 and it lasts a year. Update: Their reply below is inaccurate. This was not a courtesy extension. This was an original prescription. And New York State law does not require prescriptions to be renewed every year. The Fairness to Contact Lens Consumers law requires prescriptions to least *at least* one year to protect consumers from this kind of behavior.

I went in because my vision was beginning to have issues but was still correctable with lenses. My Dr. messed up my surgery and left me blind in my right eye. They then directed me to a different surgeon to fix their mess up and sent me a bill for making me blind. I have been trying to work with their billing department but they have made it clear that they do not care that they blinded me and want me to pay anyways because "they did a surgery" So beware if you are a patient. You may go in being able to see and walk out blind and having to pay thousands of dollars for the privilege of having their "expert hands" blind you.

Sam the owner is fantastic! The service is great, unique and beautiful vintage selection which is very rare to find. Great location in downtown and very easy to find. I purchased some very cool frames and the prescription was done just in couple of hours. Thank you !

Dr. Nussdorf has been my ophthalmologist for several years treating me for glaucoma that was discovered about 30 years ago. In those years, I have had several ophthalmologists, and I believe he is the best. In addition to regular checkups and prescribing medications, he has also done surgery for the glaucoma issues I was having. He is calm, caring, and very professional, but still makes time to ask, “How are YOU doing?” That tells me he is interested in me not only as a patient, but as a person. That approach is lost in some doctor’s practices, but not in his. His staff shows that same level of personal interest. Whenever I have to contact them for any issue, I get an almost immediate reply. I highly recommend him for anyone needing an ophthalmologist.

Dr. Lewis is amazing. He’s one in a million. He truly cares and is very attentive. I couldn’t ask for a better doctor. I’ve had 2 eye surgeries by Dr. Lewis and never did I feel like just another patient. Always made me feel like I was his only one. Hope he never leaves here! I give him 10 stars out of 5. Yes he is that good!!! I should also mention his assistant Amy. She is fantastic. Very pleased.

Great Doctor! Very nice & professional. I'd recommend getting a copy of your prescription for purchasing Warby or other brands but such a nice staff & Doctor!

I’ve been going to Dr. Roddy for several years and she is very thorough in her examinations and pleasant to talk to. Jamie in optical is the best in town and will take great care of you!
