I went in for annual check up for vision. All the people I interacted with were excellent very knowledgeable, polite, efficient and professional.

I tried to make my husband an appointment for a diabetic eye exam. He works full time so chose this company because they don't close until 7pm. I requested a 5:30pm appointment and they refused to accommodate that. Then i tried a 1pm appointment and they also refused that stating that he had to be dilated. Every time or day i asked for they refused. I hung up and called the Denham springs store and not only were they much kinder but they accommodated a 5pm appointment with no issue. I made it very clear it was for a diabetic exam also. Just make the 15 minute drive to Denham springs well worth it.

My family and I have been going to Dr Geber for years.. The staff is always helpful. Dr Geber is always professional and thorough.

Have had 4 eye surgeries at the surgery center. Left & right cataracts by Dr. Tweeten. Emergency left & right detached retina surgeries by Dr. Harf. Also had laser procedure for glaucoma by Dr. Mannschreck in 2022. Excellent surgeons, extremely dedicated staff. Physicians & staff make you feel ease even in stressful situations. Followup care is impeccable. Have seen Dr. Tweeten since 1988. I highly recommend the physicians & services they provide.

Yesterday was my first visit since their move from Hartford to Farmington, and I was impressed with the new digs. The place is open, bright, airy, and fresh. It was an easier drive, an easier parking lot, and easier check-in process. From admitting to recovery, it was the smooooothest process with the nicest people. So well-run, fully staffed, clean…I just can’t think of anything better to say. Oh, yes! The Connecticut Surgery Center not only has a much better facility, it’s also bigger! They do nearly everything there! I was thrilled to hear it because I really appreciated the experience I had yesterday, and I know I’ll be back, so…great news for this patient who felt very well cared for.

Called to see if they repaired glasses. The lady who answered the phone was nothing but nice and said bring them in and they would try. I went down there and was greeted with very friendly staff and they had my glasses repaired in about 15 minutes. On top of all that they did not charge, which was completely unexpected. 10 stars **********

I recently had an eye exam for my contacts and had a fantastic experience. The staff was friendly, and the optometrist was thorough and attentive. The entire process was efficient, and they took the time to explain each step. I left feeling confident in my prescription and grateful for the excellent service. I've visited Dr. Ehlers twice and both time I felt like he was very thorough and took care of my issues. I've had a lot of health issues and I wish my other doctors were as thorough. Both times were emergencies and he fit me in, so I apologize if your appointment was late because of it.

I was very impressed with the service here. They were up front with the costs I should expect including what my insurance covers. The technology utilized in the office was very advanced. All staff addressed my questions and were very friendly, especially Dr. Jahnke. I highly recommend this place and they will be my optometrist going forward!

I walked into Pearle Vision last week anticipating to not find anything that I could either afford or like. I had been chasing all over Rockford with my sister previously when she had just purchased a pair. I was genuinely surprised at wonderful selection of designer glasses along with low cost frames. We had Pam wait on us and she was very pleasant and helpful with assisting us with choosing a pair and ordering. My frames came in within 6 days when she quoted possibly taking up to 2 weeks. When I went to pick them up she made sure they fit properly and said she would be checking back with me in a few days to see how things were doing with the new prescription and frames.
