I waited for over 2 weeks for my eye glasses and they were supposed to be sunglasses since I have photophobia and am sensitive to light but they were not. I couldn't wear them because they just magnified the light and I had to go back to the emergency room and get another prescription. The lady didn't know any English if she did she might have known that they were supposed to be sunglasses.

dr. Kim and his associates are the best in the business. Every time I go I have one of the greatest experiences and they take very good care of me. Dr. Kim is very patient with me and ask a lot of questions and we have some great discussions. This staff is very good and very helpful. I have been seeing him for quite a few years and well worth the drive to the main office. Thank you

First...this is a review for the center where you buy your glasses and contacts. This is not the place to review Dr. Woods, as she is not wal mart. Bless your hearts to some of the previous reviewers. The staff is always very nice and professional. They are not pushy at all!! I go once a year, because sweet innocent naive Tim (y'all keep reading the reviews, you will understand), eye prescriptions are good for one year. Its not a scam you pitiful dumplin.

My 7 year old daughter was having trouble with her vision. I shopped around and found The Eyeglass Place. Linea was friendly and very helpful. Her knowledge about quality and style helped us find the perfect pair of glasses my daughter now enjoys wearing. I highly recommend this place.

Great visit with Dr. Goetsch. He was understanding, thorough and helpful. I would recommend his practice to anyone for routine or more complicated eye care needs.

We had a weird visit in this clinic. Just recently my father had an Oculoplastics appointment with Dr. John Pak. Unfortunately, the visit turned out very cold and unpleasant. He needs to be more attentive to a detail treatment. Being a student of health science I would argue that he didn’t even diagnosed a treatment. He needs to bring compassion and empathy towards the patient. We are from a minority community and we certainly didn’t like his energy and left the clinic very confused about the experience…

The office staff of Dr. Phillips is incompetent and unprofessional. They are liars, lazy and have no clue what they are doing. I do not recommend Dr. Phillips Eye Clinic Chuck OD at all and it will be the last time my family ever uses his services. I will make sure to rate him low every time I have an opportunity! PERIOD!

I started developing under eye bags at the age of 24 and no matter what I did, I couldn't get rid of it. I started looking around for surgeons in SGV and Los Angeles and it was hard finding someone who could complete the surgery right away. Most doctors had a long wait time until one of my coworkers told me that there was a new surgeon in town and they were able to get a consultation in a week. At my first appointment, I knew that Dr. Biro was going to be my surgeon. He's incredibly respectful, and great at listening to my needs, and explaining what to expect. His surgical coordinator, Stephanie, was extremely communicative through the entire process and was even nice enough to give me a HUGE discount from the original price. I was able to make my appointments quickly, and scheduled surgery quickly, which was a huge difference from other surgeons. He even personally called me after my surgery to check in and see how I was doing. I felt so cared for and felt like I was in great hands. I am now 4 months post-surgery for my lower lid blepharoplasty and incredibly happy with how everything went. I now feel confident in the way I look. For anyone looking to get their under eye bags removed, I would highly recommend Dr. Biro. His work speaks volumes.
