A few days ago I stepped on my glasses and felt my world crunch beneath my feet. So I rolled up my arm sleeves and went down the rabbit hole of finding a new eye glasses store near me. Little did I know I'd be Alice in Wonderland walking into such a welcoming and hospitable environment with a broad range of frames. Dr. New was so fun and professional and Kasia the Sales Associate was very warm, patient, and helpful and made sure I walked out the store confident I picked a pair of glasses I loved. Thank you for such a great experience! (Also shout out to the Ambers!)

This clinic is the best in Miami! From the staff to the doctor, everyone is very kind and the care is outstanding. It’s the first time my glasses have fit so perfectly. I highly recommend them 100%!

Edited review from 1 -> 5 stars: they made things right and paid for my shipping and shipped the glasses back to me fixed. Not sure why this couldn't have happened right away but it's fine. All good now and happy. Just overall maybe unlucky Friendly staff, however, unfortunately horrible post-purchase experience with my Tom Davies prescription eyeglasses purchase ($661). Everything up to the actual purchase was done well. Unfortunately, after I purchased my glasses, I found out that 1 of the lens on it somehow had transition lens (so 1/2 lenses would turn dark with sunlight exposure). Living 40 min away, I asked for them to cover the shipping costs since it was their mistake, it's a time drain for me, gas costs, etc. and I cannot wear the glasses I purchased. On top of this, they have horrible hours (9am-5pm on weekdays only) which force me to take PTO to drop/pick up my glasses. They not only refused but it has been 3 months and they have not followed up on this. As of now, until this is resolved, I would not shop here again nor will I advise anyone else to. If they fix this and comp me somehow for this time, I will update my review. However, it should not take a review for them to fix this; overall a very negative experience.

I have had several eye surgeries performed by Dr. Platt, including a detached retina and an eye injury that required the removal of a lense that was from a cataract surgery, and a more complex inner eye lense installed. The retina surgery went well and he was always professional. The injury, though unfortunate, really made me realize how talented Sean is! The eye has almost fully recovered a month after the 90 minute procedure. Highly recommend this talented professional!

Where do we start....the Eyecare Group are the "BESt" group of folks ever. Not only do they know their job but they execute in a timely manner!! They Care and it shows. When I say they are the best I can assure you all that its up and beyond. We adore each and every person that works in this facility!!! They are amazing and so well versed on their responsibilities! Give them a try........you will be hooked!! :-)

Great service! I came in for glasses repair for my lenses that fell out and Lenalyn (not sure if I spelt her name correctly) took care of me right away. She made sure everything was adjusted and even cleaned my glasses.

These guys are really great. I have been going to them for over 5 years now. Service is wonderful and price has always been fair!
