I am very impressed with the care I received. I had a retina tear that I had no idea about. Doctor Reveles took her time to figure this out for me with very minor symptoms. Once found, she and her staff worked to get me into an appointment that day at St. Luke''s so that I could have the tear fixed right away. Later that evening, Dr. Reveles personally called to check in.

Best optometrist I’ve seen in metro-Cleveland. He’s thorough, on top of the latest research, friendly, efficient and effective. Appointments have been jam packed but never rushed. He answers questions thoughtfully but to the point. Truly, I cannot recommend more highly! ps. His office is located within Mayfield Costco but he is an independent provider and a separate entity, like an independent island in a sea of Costco. While I also get my specs from Costco, that’s entirely my choice. You DO NOT need to be a Costco to see him as a patient.

Walked in and met Jennifer! Let me tell you about her! The nicest person, totally understands the situation I’m explaining about myself and two other people, all with different needs, insurance and extra cash limit if needed. She helped all three of us! Actually found found my second pair just from my description of what I was looking for. She helped us all juggle everything based on our financial situations. We all 3 got everything we wanted! Such a beautiful selection of glasses in all price ranges I got 2 pairs of beautiful designer frames without going over my insurance limit!

I get home from work last Friday to find a bill of almost 800.00 in my mailbox. for one eye exam, follow up, and a late fee. for procedures that were done LAST YEAR. Eight months ago to be exact. And this is the first time I have received any sort of communication. When I booked my appt. I checked, double checked and triple checked that they took my insurance, when I went in I confirmed again with the front desk person and the assistant and the person who gave me the exam, all said yes. That was in Nov, 2022. I had to go back in for a follow up in Dec, 2022 and was told that my vision ins. probably would not cover this visit and they would submit to my medical (the doctor herself told me this), Now if my Insurance hadn't been accepted in Nov, why didn't they say something...like hey lady you owe us money. I called Eyehealth NW, and of course they are closed, nothing new there (the branch is closed for good). The answering machine says they are having issues working with my Ins. company. This is a very new recording, and the very first time I heard it. I called my Ins. company and double checked on line this/these bills were NEVER submitted to claims. This particular branch is the pits, I won't speak about the other locations but my suspicions are that they are all run poorly. Now Today I get to call and argue with them. I already sent the bill back to them with my Ins. info on it telling them to resubmit. We'll see how far that gets me. I do plan of filing a formal complaint with the BBB, and the Opthamolgy medical board

I ended up at another location. I called prior to my appointment time of 10:30 am, spoke with someone on the phone, and was assured that if I arrived by 10:45 am I would be fine. I arrived at 10:45 am to be greeted by a lady at the front desk who was not welcoming at all. Problem: I started to check in and was advised that the counselor was not there today so they would only be doing the exam. It was an inconvenience because no one advised me of that when I called to ask if I should reschedule or if I would be fine to go to the location and check in. The assistant started saying well you are 20 minutes late. Again, I was 15 minutes late and was assured that it would not be a problem over the phone. She immediately caught an attitude after she spent five minutes telling me that they were short staffed and about call outs. She then called the doctor and was apparently told that I would have to reschedule. It is ridiculous that they did not notify me of anything prior and represented that it was my fault for not being seen although the person I was there to see was not at work.

I had my smile procedure a week ago and couldn’t be happier with the experience. I traveled from out of state, and Christine was incredibly helpful—guiding me through everything before I even arrived. The procedure itself was quick and painless, with only some pressure but no discomfort. Dr. Phan was so professional, I felt like he really took care of me. My vision is still slightly blurry at times, but I was told that’s normal and should improve. Overall, I’m thrilled I went through with it and excited to see how it continues to change my life.
