Horrible service. Nobody answers the phone. The prescription never reached the pharmacy, I went to pick it up and pharmacy had to send a request to the doctor’s office. After a couple of days, the pharmacy still hadn’t received the prescription. I called the office so many times to make sure they send the prescription to the pharmacy. And there’s always a long wait for my daughter to be seen, up to an hour. I have no complaints about the doctor, but the office is ran very poorly. Today, after waiting for 20+ minutes and seeing people arriving after us and being called before us, I asked the front desk if they had an estimate on how much longer, and they hadn’t even taken my daughter’s chart from the front desk. They picked up the chart at that moment, which makes me wonder if they just forgot about it??? They said they still had five patients before us, so they estimated at least 30 more minutes of waiting.

Visited for the first time today for an eye exam. I was very pleased with the technician who tested my eyes. He was very nice and informative. Then I saw the doctor who was thorough and answered my questions. Wait times were short. I will visit them again next year

Honestly one of the best spots I’ve gotten glasses from, I will definitely be back! From being greeted by the very helpful staff, and all the knowledgeable doctors they have- I know I’m in the right place for glasses. Turn around time was great and they also were able to fix my other glasses so I could see until the new ones were done! Thank you for all your help!

Came to repair my father in laws glasses and the lady was wonderful and understanding!!! She even knew him from his prior visits.

The staff just stand around mostly except the young ladies doing intake. I didn’t get any assistance in finding my glasses and the cost of the glasses is extremely high. I found out why once I got to my car. The staff that put my glasses order in made it seen like scratch resistance, glare resistance and the 1 year warranty were things included with my glasses but I was in fact charged for all of those things. The price of 2 pairs of glasses would have been close to $400 AFTER INSURANCE but I have went to other locations and gotten 2 pair of nice glasses with no insurance for under $300. I do not recommend this place.

I have been seeing Dr. Doyle for 4 years and couldn’t be happier with him. He is very knowledgeable, explains everything he's doing, and takes the time to answer all your questions. The office staff is very pleasant and helpful, and got me right in on time. I cannot recommend Dr. Doyle enough to my friends & family.

Great service! Dr. Cizmar is so friendly, knowledgeable, and the best optometrist I’ve been to. Also, they have such a great selection of trendy, stylish glasses!

Literally Jeannie is beyond amazing and everything here is so smooth and quick. I come yearly and I’m in/out. Very happy and satisfied.

The eye exam went well, but when I went to get frames that's when it went south. When I called to make the appointment, I asked could the payment be made when I pick up glasses, I was told yes that would be fine. Well had to make payment before glasses would be ordered, which cost me interest on one of my credit cards, then when I looked the bill when I was able to see it, there was a charge for some type of insurance on the glasses that I don't need because my vision plan will cover frames, lenses for two year, which I was never told about. I called to have this charge removed and as of this review it still hasn't been refunded. Then I receive and email that they had made an appointment for next year, which I didn't ask them to do. So after I go pick up glasses this will be my last time coming here.
