Consistently excellent vision care. Highly recommend my Discover Care center at North Oak Tfwy, Kansas City, MO. Over many years I have never been disappointed with the eye care and cataract surgery received here. My Dr. Hagan is always attentive, professional and provides informative discussion, anticipating and encouraging my questions. Other staff has always followed through with similar interaction and follow up.

Dr. Diana Lebreton was incredibly knowledgeable and did a wonderful job on my exam. Everyone was very professional and nice.

I am giving 5 stars because Dawson and Dr. Moses are great, but I am adding this caveat: don't go here if you are in a rush. Dawson is the only person working in the store, helping to check in patients, get them fitted for their glasses, check their insurance, etc. He is very professional and kept a calm presence, but it was a very long wait and the patients started to build up. I would definitely recommend Target Optical in Clearview for the kind, competent service, but they are understaffed.

Dr Huber took his time to do vision testing and answered all my questions. Nice and clean facilty.

Such helpful and kind people! Dan helped me find frames that looked good with my face and helped contact my insurance company and saved me over $100. I didn't end up getting frames but he didn't guilt me or pressure me into buying anything and only wanted what was best for my eyes and my budget. The doctor himself was also great at reiterating things if I didnt understand and telling me all the things that were healthy and what was wrong with my eyes. All around probably the best experience I've ever had at an eye doctor. Truly, thank you all especially Dan. I couldnt recommend them enough! 💜

My wife and I had a great experience! We each bought two pairs of glasses and the helpful, friendly, knowledgeable staff made the entire process a breeze. Very reasonable prices too.

Where do I even begin… One star is generous. This is the worst medical experience ever. Extremely unprofessional staff. They do not communicate with one another, let alone the patient. They rescheduled an eye surgery THREE times. The first reschedule we were never even notified. Keep in mind it is a surgery therefore time was taken off work for myself and the person caring for me. Every single appointment ran well over an hour late. Finally, on the day of the surgery, which took months to get situated, three different staff members contacted us, all with different instructions AND different surgery times. If you receive a referral for this place… RUN! Best word to describe this business and the entire staff, GHETTO…

Each time I've come here, I have felt like an inconvenience. While their refraction appointments are affordable relative to other optometrists in the area, my experience has been that you get what you pay for. After I expressed some concern with my prescription at my the end of my appointment, I was simply told "that is what you preferred during the test." The optometrist knew that this was my first refraction, but made no offer to double-check anything. I went to get a second opinion and, shocker, my correct prescription ended up being different. As a word of caution--this feeling of rushed appointments/being an inconvenience has been something I've experienced across PAMF in the past few years, from dermatology to optometry. Because of this, I generally recommend steering clear of PAMF when possible.

Dr Marr is patient and knowledgeable. He answered all my questions. I had to bring my two months old with me for my appointment. Everybody at the office is very nice about it. I’ve been going to insight vision for couple years and will come back here for my appointment next year.
