We have been seeing Dr. Carlee Young for a little more than 3 years for my son. We are very happy with her knowledge and approach. She is professional, friendly and great with the kids. The office staff have been nice to us as well.

Dr. Samareh Azar removed cataracts from both my eyes. She did a wonderful job, skillful and painless and was so kind in listening to me and taking enough time to explains things and answer questions. I recommend her highly, and would add, she is also a delightful person!

I made an appointment with them this last week. Then they kept calling me "sir". When I tried to correct Cristal and said it's hurtful to get misgendered she has not even apologized. She even tried to manipulate the conversation, saying she doesn't understand how it's hurtful to me because I received a text message from them. I have the voice recording...!!! And then she says that my gender is recorded as "male" on their database. I asked her who put that information there. No answer. I asked her is "Olivia" a male name, no answer. No one from that company has never asked for my gender, what is on my ID. They haven't even seen my ID that shows female... I'm going to pursue my complaint...

My wife had Cataract surgery at Athens office on 10/12 and 11/17. She said it was the most efficient, friendly and pleasant clinic she has ever been to. Thank you very much Dr. DeMarco and your team.

Dr. Epstein seems so nice and trustworthy. She said I needed cataract surgery. When the appointment person called, she told me there would be fees not covered by insurance. This totaled between 8-10 K! SO I contacted another ophthalmologist …

Staff is wonderful, I called for an emergency appointment and they got me in the same day. Dr. Longo was great he was very efficient . I highly recommend this office.

Horrible customer service. Phone is never answered by optical ... spent all day calling .

So I was going here for years and maybe it’s since they were always not so busy but now with my most recent experience I am disappointed I called 2 times already trying to schedule an appointment which the doctor needed to confirm with the receptionist I suppose. Both times I was told I would be called back to schedule. The second time I was told she did speak to the doctor but needed to speak to him again before scheduling. So it’s just taking away from my schedule waiting since I went there 1/25 just a week and a half ago and now today I can’t even get through. I’m unsure what’s going on. The receptionist that has been there for years I can say was very kind and made sure I was seen when I accidentally came late but I’m not so sure what else to do. Switch? Keep calling maybe for the same response. I will come back with an update on my experience. Maybe it’s just been a bad week for them? Update: All receptions are kind. Just too busy of a practice to handle everyone especially during covid.

Great service from exam to glasses fitting.

Like any other eyes doctor or eye specialist that I have seen I felt leaving defeated. But I will see that your assistant who stayed behind and gave me a hug and words of encouragement when she didn’t have to was amazing. Your office is very lucky to have someone so amazing working for you and I hope you know how truly special she is.
