HORRIBLE customer service. The girls at the front desk have the worst attitude and are VERY unprofessional with their AirPods in while texting. Last time I ever purchase contacts from this place. They argued with me to give me a sample after purchasing contact lenses. DONT GO HERE. -10 stars

Extremely rude for no reason.. I called with a very simple question about lens and was on speaker phone the entire time. The response was rude, over aggressive and this is all while I addressed them as sir, and thank you.

It’s helpful to have a provider who is thorough. The hours are great, and I didn’t have to wait long. Dr. Lee and the entire staff were very personable, professional and were thorough in addressing my questions. I stopped going to my previous optometrist due to the lack of listening to my concerns, as well as questions being brushed aside. I was just a number. I don't normally give 5 stars, as I believe there is always room for improvement. This was one of the best experiences I've had in 37 years in an optometrist office. I'll definitely be back, and will share my experience with others. Thank you Northfield Eye Care.

have gone to this location for more than 10 years. i like dr. T a lot as she has the best prescription for my eyes. my whole family is being taken care of by the team who is super nice and accommodating. they have great stuff. highly recommend LT optometry.

I normally don’t leave reviews, but felt very compelled to write one on this business. I have been going to Ken’s Optical for years and always receiving the best customer service possible. Here recently my glasses became destroyed and had to recently go in to order a new pair FAST because I felt like I was blind. I went in and didn’t even mention the urgency of needing them. Matt (seems like he’s been there forever) recognized right away the need and urgency for it just by looking at my prescription. He put them in the expedite orders and they arrived 2 days later. Thanks Matt!!!! The only reason I can write this now is due to the fact I can see now. Thank you again Matt for all your help. From helping picking out the right frames, getting them expedited, and getting them fitted. You’re awesome man. So again thank you!

I wouldn't recommend it. The eye exam is outdated and Wofchuck seemed disinterested. No prescription and he didn't even say goodbye. He just started talking to the receptionist and left me standing there wondering if there was more. I went to a more up to date office and the optometrist and her staff gave me a thorough exam with the latest technology. They gave me the prescription that I desperately needed which Wofchuck failed to find.

I went while pregnant as I had significant vision changes. The dr. Told me she cannot give me an eye exam because it was my pregnancy causing the vision changes and it would go back to normal after I had baby. She also harassed me about the brand of contacts I wear and in a non productive way lectured me. Now about 1 year later I am receiving a bill for services that I never received.

Dr. Pang and his staffs have been wonderful for our family. They assist me well with my need and very thorough in their examinations. It’s comforting to meet genuinely caring and helpful people. Thank you Doc !
