Dr. Tendler did my cataract surgery for both eyes and then followed that with some laser surgery to clear some cloudiness. I highly recommend her! She's a great doctor and has a wonderful personality.

I used to like this place but my last visit really ruined it for me. The receptionist is incompetent. She cracked my glasses while trying to heat bend them. She pulled the do tor into a private room and whispered to him. They both came out and he said that my glasses were too old and that he couldn’t do anymore to fix them. I couldn’t look down at all without them practically falling off my face. I had to pay $170 out of pocket right before Christmas to get new frames. Then they didn’t even tell me about the cracks. I saw that she cracked them when I got home and was pretty frustrated. The cracks were above where my ears would go and it was big enough to fit my nail in it. I got my new glasses 2 weeks later and I was dumb enough to let her heat bend my new glasses (I didn’t want her to touch them but I didn’t know of any other place that would adjust my glasses for free). She made the bridge of the glasses crooked and the earpieces were crooked and diagonal. I would give them 0 stars if I could. The least they could’ve done was be upfront and say they messed up and that they’d give me a discount, but they never did. Absolutely furious and never coming back.
Also the doctor always gave gross coffee breath when he’s doing the examination right in your face.

I had a great experience with Dr. Corcoran. He took the time to explain my exam results and my options with my vision prescription. We went through my vision history and reassured me that I am progressing in a natural progression.

As a nurse I usually dread any medical appointments however I really enjoyed my visit today with Dr McCurdy. She is very friendly and professional. I had to take my little one to my appt at the last minute and she made sure everything was quick and didn’t mind him being there. I will definitely be referring my friends and family.

I was referred here by a friend that I trust who no longer lives in the area. The staff was welcoming, professional, courteous, and efficient. I showed up a week early by mistake as I misread the email confirmation, however, Dr Yong was able to fit me in her busy schedule as I had nothing else planned for that day and I was willing to wait. Glad I booked an appointment even though I live about 40 minutes away. After my exam I decided to book my next appointment with them as well. Highly recommend.

The staff is friendly and the experience was ok. What upset me is I called to make sure they take our insurance. I was told they did and our copay is $10 there were 3 of us and my exam was more for contacts but we got done and they said … More

Went in for a same day appointment to confirm pink eye & get a prescription - the appointment was only about 15 minutes with the dr but I was there over an hour & a half. The dr wrote a prescription & I went to the pharmacy to pick it up. It wasn’t in the system when I arrived. Waited 10 minutes, still hadn’t come through. Called the Drs office & was assured it was being sent over. I had to leave to pick up my infant but called the pharm later to confirm the prescription was there. Nope. It was a Friday afternoon & their staff left for the weekend without calling in my prescription for pink eye which I needed immediate relief from, completely negating the reason I even went to the dr in the first place. I ended up treating the condition myself. However, then the bill came. I do not have vision insurance - they charged me $300 to confirm pink eye. They won’t give me an itemized bill because the dr just imputed “new patient - low” which is a pricing strategy on their part. I guess no matter what you come in for or how they conduct the appropriate exam there is a flat fee tier structure they have somehow landed on? When I called to ask about it they said “well it goes up to $600!” As though I should be grateful they didn’t OVER-overcharge for a 15 minute appointment to confirm a very common infection. The appropriate term I believe is “fleecing” the customer. I will be working with their billing department to lower this astronomical charge. No wonder Americans have so much medical debt - the prices are set on a whim.

I have been going here for a few years now for my eye exams and glasses. They have a good selection of frames, the prices are reasonable and the staff is helpful. I plan to get my next pair of glasses here also.

Unprofessional front desk/admin staff. Rude customer service commenting on and about patients via messages to their Dr and interesting to see what was said about you while you’re in Dr office as the chats are open on dr screen. Worst services, products and hard to obtain proper information. Train staff to be professional or hire professionals to handle patient care and information. Until changes are made, Not worth wasting your time and money.
