Dr. Anderson's prescriptions are exacting, but customer service can be spotty. Having had great luck for several years, I recommended the practice to my wife and two of my friends. Unfortunately, all had bad experiences making appointments, getting copies of prescriptions, or receiving notification when to pick up glasses. Undeterred (but not inclined to recommend anymore) I recently went back for an updated prescription, glasses, and contacts fitting. More than six weeks later, I'm stuck with faulty glasses, no contacts, and no written prescription. After three attempts and an odd string of miscommunication about appointments, supposed voicemail messages from the practice (without any record). and complete disinterest to help, I give up. Hopefully you fare better, I know it's possible, but be prepared for some frustration.

My wife received excellent care in your facility yesterday. Admin, medical staff and Dr all caring people. Explained exactly what and why each procedure was necessary.

I no longer have vision problems after seeing Dr. Yaldo. As someone who wore glasses and contacts throughout my adult life, it is amazing that after a quick surgery I now have 20/20 vision. I highly recommend taking the plunge. The surgery is quick and painless, and you will have no regrets. Thank you Dr. Yaldo!

I appreciate the entire staff talking me through the process, what to expect, and answer any questions. They worked so that when I finished the exam, they were ready to work with me for lenses and my insurance.

I saw Dr Peter Wong at Mercy Hosp OCLI Vision office on Nov 2023. He performed Bilateral eyelid surgery & eyelid lift on 1/8/24 at Island Eye Surgicenter in Westbury. I had droopy eyelids and had visual obstructions when reading and driving at night before my surgery. I now can see better and my eyelids are far better looking than before. Dr Peter Wong is an excellent doctor. I will surely recommend him. I also want to thank the staff at OCLI Vision at Mercy hosp and Island Surgicenter who are very friendly and professional. Excellent service. I got new frames and tried them on for a few days. I realized I didn't like them as much as I thought I would, so they let me switch to a new pair at no additional charge -- I even got a refund since the new frames I chose were cheaper than the ones I didn't end up liking. 10/10 would recommend this location for eye exams and prescription glasses.

I highly recommend Dr Unger. The most thorough eye examination I've had. Her prescription resulted in the clearest set of progressive lens I've ever had.

Laura and the staff was such a great help!! They made me feel very welcomed!! And I was able to pick out the cutest glasses at a good price!! Thank you clear view vision care!

Going to this place was really worth it and made me feel really comfortable. I will never regret coming and going here.
